I love it this pc powerfull i would buy one more for my son

great first gaming PC and have a lot of space to upgrade.

It is perfect for gaming only problem was that it didn't come with a cd drive.

Fast processing, cool lighting effects. Looks good connected to my HDTV.

So, we just received this and were very unhappy to see that we need to purchase a cpu as well as a disk drive. I read multiple reviews and no one mentioned this, not that it is there obligation, but maybe should be highlighted in the details.

I was unable to install a wireless card because there are no small PCI-e slots. There was a single large PCI-express slot being used by the graphics card and a single PCI slot. I was very disappointed. The system does work very well when connected directly to a modem.

While the computer itself is pretty good, the design is really lacking. Why is there no way to add an internal DVD or SD card readers???? They include CD/DVD recovery media..but no way to use it without purchasing a USB based device.

i need the power supply number for this or at least a video that lets me find a way to open the botton this case is to hard to upgrade cause how it was built i can only change the gpu n cpu and thats a maybe also.

Be aware that this system does not connect to 802.11n or 802.11ac as advertised. The device is bundled with a USB Archer T2U AC600 adapter, which does not support Windows 10 at the faster 5 Ghz frequency, contrary to what BestBuy is advertising. This will drastically affect your online gaming experience if you are unable to connect at a fast speed.

I purchased my CyberPower PC in August of 2016 because of the good reviews. About 2 months later, I started getting overheating issues. The problem was diagnosed by tech support as a malfunctioning motherboard fan, so I was given a choice of sending it to California (from NC) at my cost, or having them ship the fan to me to install myself. I chose to have the fan sent to me. 2 weeks later, still no fan. I contacted tech support again only to discover the fan was never mailed out. I finally got it 2 (more) weeks later and installed it. The PC seemed to operate normally for a few weeks. Then I had a motherboard hardware failure. When calling tech support yet again, they advised me to mail the computer in for a warranty repair at my cost, which turned out to be $109.00 for economy shipping (and packing) with insurance. It would seem to me the most prudent way for Best Buy to handle computer warranty repairs would be to take it to my local Best Buy Geek Squad, where I actually bought the computer. Buyer beware, if you live on the East Coast and you purchase a CyberPower PC and have issues with it, you're only resolution is to pack it up and ship it to California AT YOUR COST, making your PC not quite the bargain you thought when you bought it. Good luck with that.

The product was purchased online and picked up in store. We hooked up the tower and the monitor said no signal. We were told it was because we needed a DVI cable along with either an HDMI or VGA. We purchased a converter and plugged the HDMI cable into the DVI port. Finally we had signal. The monitor read "Boot Failure". I called GeekSquad and we were advised to return the product. I told my husband I had read reviews about this brand and their products arriving with hardware not connected. My husband looked and sure enough our hard drive connector was swinging freely. We connected the hard drive and the windows logo did end up appearing on the monitor after we switched on the tower. However, during the process of setting up the computer (selecting country and profile name) the keyboard that came with the tower began adding random 1's and 3's to the space where I was attempting to type the user profile. The space bar isn't operational. Overall this computer is a heck of a headache. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone other than the computer-building savvy.

the pc seem so far ok, I just wish I knew that it did not have a driver. comes with cds yet no were to put the cd.

I got this as a Christmas present from a family member. I was excited and thrilled to open and play. So on Christmas day i opened it along with my monitor ready to get into it. So i plug everything in and plug the VGA cable in to both sides and it dosent work. So i redeem it as a cable problem so i go buy a VGA to hdmi cord and it dosent work. I am placing it right it just dosent work. At this time i pretty frustrated with it. So my step mom goes and buys a dvi to hdmi cable and it doesnt work. I thought it was the monitor but no it wasnt. I tried my step sisters monitor which works perfectly fine and guess what it dosent work. I try a tv dosent work. Overall very disappointed and very angry with this since i looked forward to this for a long time!
