Many also appreciate the system's upgradability and ability to run games smoothly, though some noted the absence of an optical drive and some fan noise. Warning Avoid - Terrible Time Wasting Experience

Windows Key Code was rejected. Best Buy Greed Squad was of no help, the Greed Squad service person blamed the manufacturer for not including Windows Key Code with CD. The customer disservice person told me to avoid any products made by this manufacturer and advised me to purchase "Open Box" products so I could save money and get computers with complete set of accessories. I said, "Is forcing me to return this product worth losing a loyal customer for life?" " I stopped buying from Dell because their customer service sucked, and now Best Buy was lowering the bar." And the only answer was no answer, accept that I could return the product to any Worst Buy location. This was a gift for a friend that turned out to be a huge time wasting nightmare; a horribly frustrating experience. Avoid this product unless you are into awful frustrating and disappointing retail experiences. So sad! I really use to like Best Buy...

    .net Framework

This was my first gaming pc and I had high hopes for it from the reviews, but I was very disappointed when I got it. The pc that I got has windows 10 which does not include .net framework and now every time I try and download it i can't. It always stops and never finishes I've left it running for 6 hours once trying to finish downloading it, but it never did. Because of this I've spend over $100 on games and later found out I could not play them because I need .net framework. Utterly disappointing.

    Awful; do not buy

This computer is awful! I first got it as a gift from a relative. It worked great! But about a week later I began to experience issues. It began to shut off randomly, about once a day; each time, needing to fiddle with the cable until it eventually came on. This went on for 2 weeks more, before it just stopped working. I spent days trying to fix it. Fixing the power cable, fixing the 24 pin power connector, fixing everything they told me to, but, it never came on. I sent it back to Best Buy, who returned it and I got a great new computer from there. I would just like to say, if you are considering this, just get something better. Save your money. Get a better computer. You can find much better computers for the same, or even lower prices.

    Totally unacceptable service

I ordered this thing from Best Buy online for my sons birthday and received it in two days. My son was so excited to finally have his first gaming computer. We brought it home only to find out that it will not connect to the new monitor we bought with it. So after wasting 3 hours of my time trying to figure out why it won't connect to the monitor we took it back to the store where they checked it and found a bad graphics card. Instead of replacing the piece of garbage graphics card they said they will have to order a whole new computer which will now take 7 days to get. Happy Birthday son here's your broken cpu. Terrible product and terrible service. I'm so done with Best Buy and CyberPowerPC

    CyberPower is not good

I have had this desktop for less than a year and there is so much wrong with it. It runs so slow and wont power on half the time. CyberPower is also super hard to get ahold of and when I finally got ahold of them they would not pay for the expensive shipping even though it was a product defect. Try to avoid CyberPower.

    Misleading Advertising, Issues with Wificapability

This does not come with "next generation wireless connectivity" it's comes with a bad USB wireless adapter that you plug in to the computer and doesn't connect unless your 10 feet away from the router, even then it is slow. This computer will only work best if using a wired connection it seems. Extremely dissapointed, I figured it would have a built in wireless card, it does not. The advertising is misleading.

I just got this PC in the other day. Was so excited to get it up and running, but there was a Issue the PC didn't have a hard drive so I am going to return it as soon as possible. If you're going to pay close to $500 for a PC then there should have a hard drive in it!

I had to return the item and found out the motherboard was no good. I was told about 2 out of every 5 are returned for hardware issues. Ended up buying another brand for a total of 400.00 more. Don't be fooled by all the fancy lights..

If you buy because of the wireless internet it comes with a USB wireless adapter so say good bye to one USB port. Also half the time the adapter works. Computer keeps giving me the Blue Screen of Death and i only had it for a day.

Despite what many seem to be saying, I had nothing but freezing frames every time I play Diablo 3 which worked fine with my old i7 Dell with a game card. SO DISAPPOINTED....Beware.

Do not buy this. GPU (the graphics card) was dead when it was shipped to me, and it's unable to be replaced. At least customer service was wonderful as always.
