It was easy to set up and when I called Best Buy and the manufacturer regarding an issue they were very responsive and helped me to resolve it. THe computer itself looks cool with LED lights etc and so far works great. The staff was VERY helpful as most of them play games themselves and were able to speak my sons language.

They were shipped very quickly and they arrived quickly and look very nice. We have not set them up yet but I'm sure they will be exactly what they wanted.

Good budget PC

Although this computer has its cons its still not bad for its price. Runs without any issues and the RGB lighting is a definite plus!
