I bought this computer during CyberMonday for $1,100. Here is what I got:
Positives:
-Opening the case does not void your warranty (unless you do something stupid and damage one of the components)
-Good quality GTX 1070 (MSI with double cooler)
-Good positioning of the PSU (at the bottom: improves cooling of the unit as a whole)
-Multiple USB 3.0 ports (including 2 readily accessible at the top of the case)
-16 gb running at 2,400 Mhz dual channel
-Multiple audio ports (including 2 same as above)
-LED lights look great in inside of the tempered glass
-Plenty of room for additional parts and watercooling, if you need it
-Keyboard (not mechanic) and mouse (decent) included
-MB bios is extremely customizable
Negatives:
-Did not come with inner foam to protect it during shipping
-CPU cooler is very basic, but does the job
-Only one frontal cooler
-No top cooler (but it has space for one)
-No WiFi card (buy an USB one as soon as you order it)
Altogether, this is a great cost-benefit product that satisfies most of the productivity/gaming needs.

Best Buy won't allow you to edit a review, but I previously gave this 5 stars. Since that time, this computer has been nothing but a hassle. It always crashed, but I assumed that was just part of owning a PC. The frequency of the crashes increased until it was daily.
It was beyond the window that I could return it to Best Buy and CyberPowerPC requires you to deal with them for all warranty issues. I went through numerous troubleshooting paths, including a clean install of Windows, updating all drivers and just about anything I could find or that they (CyberPower support) could suggest over a couple of weeks.
Finally, had to send it in ... which they make you pay for, even if it turns out to be faulty hardware, which it was in this case. They replaced faulty RAM sticks. It's not cheap to ship a 34-pound computer, depending on your resources for shipping discounts, and the method you choose, it could range from $100-$350. They will not reimburse you.
Got the PC back. The rear exhaust fan didn't work. They suggested I replace it. I was able to trace the wire to the power source and fix this.
Now, it's back to crashing.
When they had the PC, they didn't update the BIOS or do another clean install, or really anything beyond test the ports, update already updated drivers and replace the RAM. You'd think they may have taken a few more steps to ensure their fix was thorough.
The people I spoke with were friendly, but the efforts to get my computer all the way right seemed like the bare minimum a company could provide considering the cost of the product.
I'll update with a comment on this review if they actually make it right, but I'm not holding my breath at this point.

Works great for oculus and everything else. Lots of usb & HDMI ports. Get an external hard drive for games though, as they take a LOT of room. Deliver to the store went smooth. And a best buy employee helped me decide what computer to get, explained lots of options and was all around great to deal with.

The Beast

Showed up a day early first off. Second the fans run super quiet, the fan on my laptop cooling pad is louder than the whole desktop. The case is really cool looking and I really like the gaming mouse. It even has dpi adjustments on the mouse. I have a logitec g402 and it is almost as nice, but I like the way the cyberpower mouse feels in my hand better. The pc itself is Amazing! I can run games like the new Tomb Raider with everything on Ultra at about 70 fps and it maxed out at over 130 fps. The Witcher 3 AMAZING! No lag at all. These are some pretty demanding games and they run better than a console game at 2k. I am also playing on 21:9 ultra wide which is even more demanding. The Ryzen 7 is a beast. Only downside is that you can't fit another video card in, no wireless and Windows 10 Home not Pro so beware. It is 64 bit though. All of the component parts were high quality too, like the evga video card and the Asus motherboard. The power supply is 600 watts and has to be upgraded to at least 800 watts or you will cut the life on the pc in half. Just the power for the motherboard and the video card are pushing the 600 watts already so...

Great Mid Range Gaming PC

I had been considering building my own PC for few months. Until I stumbled upon this build. At $1300, it is hard to beat this performance.
The build quality is good. I do have to say, before booting up the first time. Check all the cables. My exhaust fan was unplugged, likely during shipping. Just check the connections when you pull the glass panels off, to remove the plastic.
Maybe I hit the "lottery" on this one. But, many previous reviews stated it came with an ASUS Turbo 1070Ti (Blower Style). However, mine came equipped with an MSI Armor 1070ti (Open Air Twin Fan). I will take that as a large win. I haven't overclocked the card yet, just changed the fan profile. I am ok with a little more noise, to keep the temps down. Out of the box, it runs games like PUBG like a dream. Which is saying a lot, because that game is as optimized as a Model T.
PSU is a Thermal Lake 600W. Fairly standard workhorse PSU.
The Ryzen 7 2700X is phenomenal. I also do work from home on this PC, mostly AutoCAD, Revit, and Solidworks. Works with all of those programs like a dream.
All fans are Cooler Master, and fairly quiet. I am a headphone user, so I typically don't care about the noise.
The Ram and Mother board are adequate. Personal preference would be an MSI or ASUS board.... not a knock. It was my choice to go pre-built. The ram is by Team Group, this is an area I will upgrade. Not bad, haven't had issues. But, because I do work, having 32GB is useful and I will choose to upgrade at that point.
Again, there are spots for improvement. But this build perfect for anyone who does a fair amount of gaming, and not looking for ESports level equipment.

First PC, So far love everything about this build

This is my first PC purchase, and the only one I've used intentionally in over 15 years. I decided to make the transition mainly because of my work (video editing/Motion graphics) and the heavy toll the rendering process was taking on my poor old mac book, but also was looking for a nice machine to run some games on as well.
I did a fair ammount of research before making this jump, and was p[leased to find this pre-build had most of the things i was looking for in a PC. Love the look and ease of set up. Runs Games as well as my adobe products quickly and with ease. No built in WiFi which was a small pain day 1, but now that I'm wired in everything is running even better than expected. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to jump into gaming PCs or even another solid rig for your arsenal.

I feel I rank high on the nerd scale for knowing computers and doing more than due research. CyberPowerPC is a solid company and their computers are worthwhile. I happened to get an awesome deal, so I went with Best Buy instead of CyberPowerPC directly.
I only have a week of use, so not much can be said. Fast, well put together (neater than when I build PCs) and everything as advertised. LCD light came loose in shipping and no wireless card are my only negatives. As a heavy gamer/database admin, I already filled the SSD and look forward to a larger upgrade soon. Sadly no spare bays for more drives or liquid cooling, but AS ADVERTISED, so I knew. If you ware not as heavy handed on data storage, excellent, super quiet computer. Nice keyboard too.

Amazing Computer!

This computers price and performance are amazing. The big game right now is Fortnite, it can run it 120 fps on all the highest settings, though I don't know about V-SYNC. The games I've tested out are, Just Cause 3, Fortnite, and Planetside 2. This computer ran all those games smoothly. I've even tried to record Fortnite at 1080p 60fps and at the highest settings didn't see the game dip below 95 fps. In all, this is an amazing computer. The hardware that came with my PC is an MSI 1070 armor, Ryzen 7 2700X, xpg adata 16gb RAM, and a good Cooler Master cpu cooler. For its price this is an amazing computer. It has an amazing processor, graphics card, and RAM. The only thing that I would recommend is getting a different power supply. It came with a 600 watt power supply from Thermaltake. I looked on google and saw that the Ryzen 7 2700X use 105 watts and the gtx 1070 uses 500 watts. Although the power supply has a low wattage, I would still say this is an excellent computer!

This computer is amazing. It is fast and quiet and looks great.
The AMD 2700X is fast and efficient. The motherboard is solid and the RAM fits the test. The SSD and the HDD leave a bit to be desired (mainly because the are Western Digital Green drives), but at this price point it's not an issue.
I use this computer for gaming and gaming on an Oculus Rift and i'm able to max the graphics on all games i own. I had a 1060 3GB before and I didn't realize what i was missing. I want to point out the 1070 is great, but the AMD also adds to that.
The biggest downfall I have seen is in video encoding. The disk drives are the limit here. But i can still convert a 1080p movie in 45 minutes which is way better than my i7. I don't feel as if this detracts though. I plan to upgrade to an NVMe drivein the future, which is super easy to install.
Overall this is a solid machine and the best hardware purchase I made in 2018.

Where do I start...I first pull it out of the box and notice there's a loose screw or something clanking around on the bottom, then I realized there's no foam packing inside the tower, then I realize there's no plastic cover over the tempered glass with smudges and stains everywhere, then I notice the motherboard bent upwards which blows my mind. like it's not lined up with the gpu in the case and to top it all off, the freaking rgb lighting is held together hella flimsy with 3 freaking zip ties. Took it back to best buy immediately. I don't know if cyberpowerpc sent it like that or if best buy sold me a return as a new item. Either way...Im just really upset. Waiting on my exchange for another week...smh...I bought an ibuypower for my wife a week ago and that thing was flawless...I just don't see how this computer made it past quality control of either company...

OK so I have had this PC for a few months. Let me start by just listing pros and cons.
PRO
1. Super quiet fans
2. The 1070 is a beast. I can run any game on ultra and it runs as smooth as any console game.
3. The Ryzen 7x is AMAZING. I am a developer and do video production. Premiere Pro video editing, no problem. Visual Studio .net development, like butter. I can have like 15 internet windows open, visual studio, PS CC, Spotify, a movie and still no slowing it down.
CONS
1. 600 watt power supply. It is barley enough to run the pc and will shorten the life so get an 800watt at least.
2. the 120 gb ssd is crap. It is not enough to even run windows 10. Windows 10 takes almost 90gb so the drive is good for nothing. You cannot even run programs on the machine without having to constantly clean the ssd drive and deleting the recycle bin. Keep in mind you only get 110 gb out of a 120.
3. Low end mother board cannot fit 2 video cards and has no wireless.
4. Ram upgrade is specific and expensive. It needs AData ram. But the 16 g is fine for most people. It is 2400 hz ddr4.
Conclusion
Buy the $800 machine and spend the extra $500 an a 250 or 512 ssd, a 800 watt power supply, and a wireless card. It has an extra M2 slot so you can still use the 120gb for stuff. You will be happy with this PC.
