This was my first gaming computer, I looked into building my own but after looking around for parts I couldn't match the deal for this computer. The picture quality is amazing and it is able to run all my games with ultra high settings on with ease.

This is a very reliable gaming tower especially, for me personally I would not have to upgrade for a few years if that. My oculus rift runs smoothly on this platform an I'm very well please with its performance!! Grade A in my opinion!

Overall great PC for its price. Only owned it for a week or two but it seems to be doing exactly what I expected it to. I would likely recommend to a friend.

this is a great pc use it for mining bitcoins and also mining on minecraft in 4k on my korean monitor

Purchased this machine for an Engineer in my company that would be doing some CAD work. He has loved it so far. The Video card is great I received it within 2 days of ordering it and it was just about ready to go out of the box other then upgrading to windows 10 pro and a few company configuration changes we make. I would buy this machine again if we needed another one.

Came fully put together. I liked it because windows 10 was already downloaded. Stayed cool even with minimal overclocking. The LEDs looked pretty neat with many different choices.

As you can tell by the title I’ve either returned this product or exchanged it. I exchanged, because I want to give cyberpower pc the benefit of the doubt. The pc was great while it lasted. The specs you get for the price is fantastic! I paid 1660 before tax. I was able to run OBS and graphics on high no problem for extended periods of time. The cpu does run a little hot, it can touch 80c pretty easy. I recommend Extra cooling. If the 2nd PC does well I’ll adjust my stars. If not, I’ll take my money back.

For $2000 I would expect at least Bluetooth. I can't connect my PS4 controller via bluetooth so now I have to buy a dongle and I can't play the new games that I bought, I have to return them and buy the games on steam or buy an external optical drive SMH.

I decided to get a pre-built system due to lack of free time and I now regret it. After paying a premium for this system, you quickly realized where they cut corners to lower the price and make more profit. The motherboard included is the MSI Z370-A which is a budget motherboard, my biggest problem with this motherboard is that it does not have a optical port and all my audio is dependent on having an optical port (this is the biggest disappointment). The 16GB of DDR4 RAM is 2400 which is where I expected to see the cheaper component. All in all, for the premium price I am extremely disappointed with the components and when I ask CyberPowerPC they said "that is what we promised" which after thinking for a while I now understand why they are ambiguous about which components/brands are going to be used and just say "we will use the components that are currently available"

great gaming PC, only problem is that the WiFi adapter and keyboard that came with it dint work property so had to go and get both new ones.
