First of all, the package was delayed and the box was badly damaged. Luckily, the PC seems fine so far.
Second of all, if you need a gaming PC and a heater, this is the best option for you. I played World of War Z and the PC turned into a loud heater after 15 mins.

Before beginning this review, I'd like to start out by saying that is my first standard desktop tower configuration. Prior to this I was running an MSI brand gaming laptop. I purchased this computer from Best-Buy for USD $1,249.99. I have it displaying to a 1080P Samsung curved 27" curved monitor with a 60Hz refresh rate.
----------Review---------------
Initial Setup: The initial setup for this computer was extremely minimal. It was very much a plug in and play type after removing the packaging found on the interior of the computer and plugging in the few required cables my machine had whirred up and was ready to go in no time. So much so that I was able to set this computer up entirely during my lunch break and allow it to update applicable updates as I went back to work.
The tower: The tower looks extremely well-made, the glass on the side is eye-appealing as well as being able to see the interior with the RGB fans. Having four of them keeps everything cool but means that the computer can get somewhat loud during times of heavy stress this is the nature of having a gaming computer. The tower itself is larger then I thought it was going to be, I didn't realize it was going to take so much space up on my desk though I still currently have it on top of it because of the eye-appealing aspect of being able to see inside of the machine. Nothing in the computer looks to be pushed to close together though, and I appreciate the room as I was able to set a funko-pop on the inside of the PSU cover with room to spare. I wouldn't recommend this if you're letting the machine run through hours of hard-stress as it may get hot. The graphics card has the applicable video slots advertised and while the motherboard does come with some it's very apparent not to use them via the large sticker covering up the ports telling you to use the one on the graphics card. This would be attaching you to integrated graphics if the machine had them. There's two USB slots on the top of the machine, and a few on the back-side connected directly to the motherboard.
Cable-Management: The cable management on the inside of the machine was outstanding, everything is well done with zip-ties and the machine looks very clean because of it.
Variances: Something that I wasn't fully aware of was that CyberPowerPC ships out these computers with varying parts, so the actual photo on the website was not what I actually found in the computer now on my desk. It was advertised as having two slots for RAM though there were four. This is an exciting surprise as it gives the computer the opportunity to be upgraded which I will get to later in the review. The ram that I received was two GB Ballistix DDR4, though it'll probably vary if you purchase it yourself. The graphics card that I received was EVGA brand which I was not expecting since it wasn't advertised but I am still quite pleased with receiving, there was also an additional PCI slot for another graphics card, which I may look into in the future, though it's certainly not required at the moment with a 2060S
Issues: I found that upon plugging the computer in, while all of the four fans were blowing air only one was lighting up as advertised, after much research online and searching Reddit I found that it was possible that they were simply not plugged in. There are two main sides to the computer, the one on the left with the RAM/GPU/Fans, and then the one on the right which is covered up mostly via the slick metal plate and a small piece of glass, after opening up the plate on the right-side with the small hand-twists screws on the back I found that only one of the RBGs had been plugged in to the small control board on the side, after one by one plugging the fans in they all came to life and I've had no issues since. The RGB lights can be set to various colors that all match one another with a button located on the top of the computer, they can also be disabled entirely by holding said button down if you don't enjoy the RGB lighting effect.
Another small nit picky thing is that the computer came with a disk full of applicable drivers, though it doesn't actually have a disk drive, I feel as though a USB would be far more appropriate to be sending drivers on, for a computer with NO disk drive. The drivers or links to drivers are located on there website, though it appears as if it would be far to much of a hassle to find out the ones applicable for my specific machine when they could just change from sending a disk to sending a USB flash-drive. I would also recommend that CyberPower send you a list with specifically what was included in your computer down to the wire so that you can tell precisely what was shipped with your unit since you can't tell based off of the website you purchased it from.
Keyboard/Mouse: The mouse that comes with the unit I rather like, it glows in various colors when not used and can be set to specific colors though I believe the binding for changing colors is attached to the mouse sensitivity button which means you have to set the sensitivity along with your mouse color. I'll be keeping it and using it for future use. The keyboard however I will probably be replacing since it's only a standard white color and has no variation available. Overall these two additions are mediocre, but still a fun bundle to receive
Performance wise: You're definitely getting what's advertised, a decent gaming computer that's well capable of Ultra settings for most things that you throw at it at-least in 1080P, it's certainly VR ready and I've tested RTX Minecraft and the difference with the Ray tracing is breathtaking from someone who's been playing the game since the beta. I intend to use the computer for light office work, and then some standard gaming with some AAA titles. I believe in the capability of this machine to run these games at Ultra graphic settings and can recommend if for such a task.
Storage: The computer comes with 1.5TB of overall space. Everything is working extremely well as the operating system comes default attached to the SSD which means you have computer restart times of under ten seconds. I recommend editing the settings so that the majority of your downloads will attach to the HDD since that has more space, and only utilizing the SSD for things that you want short boot-up times for.
The Future:
The computer feels mostly future proof and I won't be looking to upgrade the graphics card for sometime. The only thing that I would look into upgrading would be the amount of RAM that the computer has, while 16GB will see me through most high end games and heavy usage,I can't recommend it for heavy-duty photo-editing, I believe that I will upgrade if I decide that I want to venture into the world of Virtual Reality with the machine since I now know that I have the additional slots.
Overall: I would and will recommend this to someone with a decent applicable budget. I'm pleased with the machine that I purchased and if I could I would give it four and a half stars as I am very happy with the machine that I purchased. This computer was meant to serve as my way to escape console gaming and I think that's absolutely the roll that it is going to serve me, and serve me well in.

I usually build my computers from parts, but a friend needed a computer which had an RTX graphics card in it because a Chess app he uses actually takes advantage of the Tensor cores built into the RTX graphics cards. He isn't a technologically savvy person, and it isn't easy to take a computer into Best Buy for Geek Squad support right now; so we decided to get a prebuilt system. The first thing you'll notice is that there is a ton of room in the case because they used a small motherboard. As it comes out of the box, everything is neat and tidy, and it's actually quite quiet even in a very quiet room. As for speed, it's an i7 9th generation with an RTX graphics card. Yeah, it's *fast*.
I have an RTX 2080 on my desktop system, and it runs games at 4k on ultra settings. I would expect the 2060 to do just as well.
The only flaw in the one I got is that during shipping the 1 TB hard drive broke free of its slot and bounced around enough that it snapped the sata connector on the hard drive completely off. I was not happy with Best Buy when the person at the customer service counter told me I'd have to bring the whole computer in just to get a replacement hard drive, but the manager on duty that day figured out how to get me a hard disk in a satisfactory manner. Don't count on that, but it did show that Best Buy is trying to make allowances for Covid-19 making it difficult to do things like they did before March.

It was my first gaming PC ever and it is quite magnifique!
When I first got the PC I was thrilled. Everything came clean and intact, from the first look at the PC I could see CyperPowerPC were experts in their field, and it rings true from aesthetics all the way up to functionality. Setting it up was super easy. The PC itself was quite user friendly, I had no troubles at all. Instructions were clear and illustrative and they provided super convenient ways to contact them as they were ready to help in any way they could if any problems occurred.
Everything went smoothly as I booted up the PC and configured it to my liking. I ran a benchmark test and was blown away by the results. My PC was performing very much above expectations, it was a spectacular sight spectacular to see. All the applications I use ran excellently fast. I am loving the experience so far and was able to run any latest AAA games I tried out with max settings in 1080p resolution.
The PC is phenomenal and I would recommend to anyone, it's quite the bang for your buck. I haven't seen a better pre-bulit PC offer with GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER offer than this. With 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i7-9700F processor and the provided storage, it is quite the package. Plus you get a top tier gaming mouse and keyboard with it. How cool is that? Its visual appearance are filled with as much splendor as its performance.
(Note: I witnessed many reviews here talking of the video port problems with the case design. In my experience there was no problem at all. I was able to insert the HDMI cable, which came with the PC, to connect to the monitor to the PC with much ease.)

So let me start off by saying I bought two of these items at the same time. I think the computer is excellent, but here is what I learned this week. I run multiple screens and while plugging in my new VR headset into a Display Port I learned my graphics card only had one display port and one hdmi port. I thought this was odd so I checked the identical computer I purchased and saw that one had 3 display ports and one hdmi port. It was suppose to be the same but I found out only the chip set for the graphic's card was the same. So the one in my personal computer was EVGA and the one in the identical one was Gigabyte. The cost difference in the type of manufacturing design is around 120-160 dollars based on my research so that might be an issue for the crowd that likes to run more than two displays.
Now, that i have dealt with that issue, next I consider that the computer runs multiple applications easily. I think for the price it is packaged quite well. I run word, adobe, GTA v, VR, THPS, Starwars Squadrons, etc... so it is quite capable.
I upgraded the keyboard and mouse to corsair. I am using a Razer headset and have dual monitor 35 inch LG Nvida G sync monitors. I also have a Microsoft controller for gaming and Oculus rift S VR rig, I purchased the LG Blu ray-dvd writer/player and the AverMedia cam. so as you can see it is fully equipped.
i do not see any screen tearing but my eyes hurt if i expose them to the awesomness for too long.

Awesome rig, this is my first! I'm able to play my old favorites and some new beauties on this with maxxed out graphics absolutely no problem. Games like smite and warframe, and I've even uped my minecraft world with some gorgeous shaderpacks that my old computer simply couldn't handle. Its also great for work too, I run the whole Adobe suite on this with astounding quality and speed. My only complaint at this point is simply that I've been having trouble with my mic setup. I've only gotten it to work once, and I have no idea how or why but it immediately stopped working after my internet cut out and crashed discord. I still haven't figured it out and resorted to using a second device to utilize discord but that sucks because then I can't hear my game audio. Been looking for solutions online. Set up was easy and fast. Despite minor issues I thoroughly love this build, and it's great for anyone looking for a rig that they can build off of or just enjoy as it is!

This pc is a really good pc for gaming and editing and pretty much anything, and for its price u can't get anybetter than this. It ships withen 2 days, and it worked withen minutes plugging it in. I will be upgrading some parts once I get more cash. And thats the best part about cybepower pc. You can buy what you can than upgrade one or two parts at a time once u can. 100% recommend it.

Well worth it for the price, however my experience was a tad disheartening when I first receivied the computer. On my first day of use I was having constant BSODs, luckily and hopefully I managed to solve these issues within that same day and narrowed them down to what I believe was faulty RAM and a poor windows installation. Since replacing the RAM with an old spare I had and "refreshing" the windows installation I was able to use it for the past two days since then, with zero issues for over eight hours each day with a mix of casual use and gaming.
If you have issues I highly recommend contacting them via phone rather then email, as with email the process was much slower and I was able to research and deduce the problem much faster myself before the person assisting me was able to go through what I assume was standard procedure to help customers. Also was unfortunately able to have the faulty RAM that came with the PC replaced, might still be possible but I don't know how to go about this. Don't let this sway you though, as I said this is an amazing PC for the price. It's a speedy PC, that remains so quiet you forget it's even turned on and retains cool temperatures. It's easily accessible/upgrade-able for the future as well, not that anything in this build will need to be replaced anytime soon.

Bought this PC with a birthday coupon (10% off) and it was well worth it. Speedy processor and a great video card. Set up was super easy and system was in great condition. all cables in properly and nothing disconnected. I have only had it for a couple of days, but so far, very fast, getting good FPS on Roblox (according to my son). Quiet system and plenty of future expansion. this is my second CyberPowerPC and will continue to do business with them.

A little over a week with this PC and no issues what so ever. Was definitely skeptical with some of the previous reviews having something go wrong or getting a total dud. No issues with display/HDMI port, everything lined up perfectly. Picked up at a local BestBuy with curbside and packaging looked perfectly taken care of. My unit came equipped with a ASRock mobo and two 8GB Balistix ram sticks, but can be different for everyone from what I've seen how CyberPowerPC puts their units together. Pretty quiet PC even when being used more intensely. All really depends what games you plan on playing now and in the future. RGB has a button near the power button to change different colors and cycles, I stuck to the default but not much more customization if your looking for it.

Purchased this bad boy back in May and it has successfully allowed me to play all the games that I've wanted to play, even at the highest settings, without fail. Granted it can run just a little hot if you're playing higher optimized games like Apex Legends, Fortnite, any Assassin's Creed games (depending on the settings,) Valorant, Destiny 2 (not a whole lot since Destiny 2 isn't really a super high optimized game, it's just nicer to look at Destiny 2 with higher settings.) Honestly wouldn't suggest getting this computer if you're playing Call of Duty games. Idk why but whenever I play Call of Duty MW or it's successor, Black Ops, it just runs hot fast and gets loud. You can definitely reduce it by playing at really low settings however it just takes away from the overall experience. Overall, 100% worth the money I purchased this with. Even if I knew that the computer was dog for CoD games, this thing runs essentially everything else beautifully.

This is actually my first gaming pc and it works extremely well. Out of the box it came in really nice and well packaged and the internals were all nice. Nothing was disconnected and all was secured. However one of the HDMI ports didnt work for me, I probably didnt do something right but the hdmi port directly out of the gpu works perfectly. Haven't tried the wifi on this but it does come with an Antenna. overall boot-up speed is pretty fast. Lights on the PC itself are neat. However it does get really warm but isn't too much of a problem just keep in a well ventilated area for good airflow to the fans. Havent broken the mouse and keyboard yet so thats a plus. then again only had it for a few days so I may update the review.

Seems to be a great pc so far. Fast and responsive. Keyboard isn’t the best and mouse was broken out of the box, but I wasn’t expecting much out of those anyway. Bought two of these and the components varied from one machine to the other. All were name brand parts but one had a gigabyte branded video card the other was MSI. WiFi adapters, motherboards, power supplies were all different. Case, processor, and memory were all the same though. These machines seem to have zero bloatware to eat up resources which was nice.

This desktop runs great for first timers looking to get into PC gaming! I used to have a really old PC that could barely run games at the lowest settings so this was a greatly needed update. It was amazing to see details again!
It ran smoothly after the initial unboxing and setting up. It's also pretty quiet and the lights on the desktop can be turned off if needed by using the button on the top (near the power button).
The only gripe I have with this is that there is no built in disk reader yet they give you a CD to download the drivers. However, you can just download them online.
