So I previously purchased 2 gaming pcs that both had defective graphics cards. So I thought I should spend a little bit more money and that would fix my problems. But I was wrong. I have had this pc for around 12 hours and i finally decided to set it up, but I cant. This case was designed without thought of being able to plug your cables into the graphics card. The case was designed to nearly cover the display and hdmi ports. I cannot find a single display port cable anywhere that would be flat enough to fit. I am extremely annoyed. The specifications stated there were 2 display ports but there is only 1. Best buy please take this item and items like it down.

This has been a awesome pc I can run all my programs when playing FiveM and not have to worry about frame rate lost or anything. I would recommend this computer to others. Everything plugged up easy and was a easy install. The fan lights look good with the black casing.

The case makes it hard to plug in DP cables or HDMI cables, I had to shave down the rubber on my cable ends just to fit them in my GPU ports.. so case needs work. Other then that it’s cool and I have been using it a lot. I wish the PC box would have had a extra box around it, as the PC box was used as the shipping box... came with a hole busted in the box, but thank God it didn’t hurt my PC, but sadly because of the case making it hard to plug in cords to your GPU I can’t recommend it, unless you want to do what I did and shave down the rubber on the edge and wrap it in electrical type to fit it in the GPU or mod your case back some around the GPU ports, if you are fine with that then get one. :) good GPU and cpu.

My experience with CyberPowerPC has been terrible. My initial purchase arrived as promised in two days. Upon arrival, the foam inside the case was under the graphics cards, against the advice on very instructions listed on the packing. Just the same as other reviews describe. The doesnt allow any video cables to be plugged in without modification as the ports are too close to the casing. Horrible design with no foresight. The first PC had some issues with the bluetooth hardware/firmware constantly losing connection in the device manger and the keyboard was hot keyed wrong, resulting in different outputs for keys (shift button deleted text, return key turned up volume?) I returned the PC promptly and smoothly thanks to BB. I used this opportunity to reconsider my purchase, and I upgraded. Yes, i returned the defective example and decided to spend more money. I upgraded to the GSI3000BST. The PC had the same case, therefore same exact connectivity issues with the case/graphics card installation. After a day or so, the PC suddenly shut off during use. After some troubleshooting, it appeared to be a loose connector supplying power to the motherboard. Hoping this was the case, I sealed it back up and gamed on for another week. I really enjoyed it when it actually worked and it handled games with ease. Until it suddenly crashed on desktop shortly after booting up. The screen went blank and all fans RPM shot through the roof like it wanted to take off and fly away. No display after that. PC will turn on but not display and acts like its not even booting up either. Now that the current model is out of stock, Im now stuck with no PC to work from home with. I decided to buy prebuilt to avoid any and all hassle that may come with building, and I spent the extra money and still got all the headache. THANKS CYBERPOWERPC for leaving me hanging and making me feel like a fool after spending my money. Very disappointed in seeing the same issues others reported and they are not just one off incidents.

No setup was required, worked exactly as hoped right from the start. Software installed correct, easy to plug in right components and easy access to install more RAM I bought separate. Great buy for the money!

I think this is a great computer if you are just getting into PC gaming land, like myself. It’s a clean look and there is room to make additions and modifications. I ran into a problem with the GPU randomly cutting the signal to the monitor and the only fix was a hard reboot. I have since completely removed the GPU and reinstalled it which seems to have fixed the problem. Not sure what was happening there. Overall decent computer for the price. 3 stars because of the issue stated above.

They clearly didn't test before shipping out because straight up the fans and lights weren't plugged in. It looks like whoever assembled it attempted to, bent a pin, and gave up. There were a lot of other parts that were misassembled and I had to rearrange such as the GPU DVI port being too close to the case so you couldn't use it. If it was assembled correctly, I'd give 5 stars. The reviews I read about CyberPowerPC were true which is that they have people who don't give a- putting the pcs together.

I’ve been using this PC with a few of my games and have no problems with running them on ultra settings along with all the game packs and mods I have. It was super simple to set up which was very nice!

I've never owned such a fast machine. It's beautiful to look at and it works flawlessly. I'm so very pleased with the speed and ease of use. I would recommend this PC to everyone.

As a first time “gaming pc” I’m pleased. I don’t find myself wanting more. It does run a bit hot when I play squad or any other massive fps.

I have been thinking on getting a gaming PC, now being an older gamer wasn't sure on what to look for. I had some help, a friend along with my sons they pick this PC and two others for me to choice from. I was not wanting to pay to much and this feel in my price range. I have had it for almost a month and haven't had any issues with it. I have been playing on it everyday and it starts up and runs get. Now I'm no hard core gamer so some of the things I don't know much about. Still if you are looking for a p rebuilt PC I would check this one out.

I made this purchase some time ago. Overall, after 7 months, the computer still responds as fast as it did on day one and I could not be happier with the product. The reason the computer did NOT receive 5 stars is because the display port does NOT work on the nvida gaming card and best buy can not fix it. I have to actually send the whole PC back to fix it and my wife and I use it for work so we really cant. Either way, great PC for the money!!!

Bought this PC for my kid and he has loves every aspect of it, the graphics are out of this world and the computer is super responsive.

Wow, this model seems like a lot of computer for the money. Opened the box looked over the connections and wiring, plugged it in, and away we go! The only issue was hooking up the WIFI. Once I found the antennae hookup we were all set. Seamless. It's been a long time since I bought a desktop, and this went very easy. I was a little surprised at the length of time it takes to talk to a human being at Best Buy, but these are strange times, I guess.

computer is pretty strong as a gamer, i can run almost anything with 140+ fps so far and even whlie streaming it has no issues so far. although this computers cpu gets very hot very quickly, and i had to give up installing my old SSDs into it because the power supply is too tightly packed and pretty much inaccessible without taking apart everything. also comes with a keyboard + mouse which is pretty cool. solid 8/10 purchase so far :)

First off, the computer is great. Runs smoothly, looks sleek, and is very quiet. The only bad thing is the fact it does not come with the remote to control the RGB fans inside the unit. There is no application online or otherwise to change or turn off the lights. If you want the lights off, you are going to have to shut down the computer. If you are fine with never changing the lights or being able to turn them off, I’d say get the computer.

I am not a gamer, I am a stock market day trader and I knew I needed a powerful machine to run all the programs that is needed for me to capitalize day trading. This machine does it. I am not too tech savy , and this machine being powerful right out of the box, simple setup, and overall performance is great!!! The cool light features has gotten me into the whole RGB lighting fad. Due to COVID, I was able to order it and pickup at my BestBuy in 2 hours without even having to go inside! Thanks BestBuy!

Just set up our gaming computer. It was a quick and easy set up . The fan is very quiet and so far it runs smoothly.

Amazing fast gaming system! I used mibe to do a college assignment of creating my own game. Graphics and speed is amazing!
