    Within two weeks lights no longer worked. Poor connection repaired by my son rather than packing it up and having it repaired by the store or manufacturer.

    Item came damaged but overall good item. Had to return due to damaged & super mad that they had to refund me via mail! So I was out of a computer & money!

    Not a good fit for Dota 2

    Bought it specifically for Dota 2, GPU is ok, but CPU a bit slow for that game. So if you got used to ultra quality Dota 2, that’s definitely not your choice.

    One star because none isn't an option...

    One word sums up how I feel about this system, terrible. Nothing against Best But but CyberpowerPC. I had this system a total of 15 days, one more day I wouldn't have been able to return.. . So apon receiving I checked to make sure everything was still seated in the MB and everything was fine. Plugged in my monitor and it fired up flawless the first time. Matter of a fact it did for days. One day I pushed the power, the system powered up, but nothing to my monitor. I powered back off and on and it was fine. Fired it up the next day to a scrambled blue screen, rebooted back into Windows fine with an error message from the AMD video program stating something happened ( I don't recall exactly, I should have taken a pic of it) and ran fine. Next day booted into another blue screen of death "driver caught in video thread" or along that line. When it rebooted into windows I tried to update the video drivers but it then seemed the wifi card failed, so I have up and went to bed. Next day tried to power up and the system kicked on but nothing on the monitor, so I switched from display port to HDMI with nothing changing... Next say same thing. For a new system it was a complete struggle....I Googled it and seems it's a common issue. I returned to the closest store for a refund. Will never buy a CyberpowerPC computer again

    Got it 3-4 days ago! Super excited with it until i discovered the fan noise is super loud. I dont know it designed like that to keep the pc run cool or something wrong with it. The memory run idle is always above 40%. My brother pc bought from different brand doesnt run that loud or that much percentage. Idk should i return or exchange to something else! Little disappointed!

    Didn't last long

    I had it for less than 2 months and it started doing weird stuff. It would not bring up the wi-fi window, so I could not connect. I tried taking it back since I got the extra coverage but they said it would take 6-7 weeks if they had to send it off to get fixed. So I had my friend take a look, he fixed it for me. I am just waiting for it to break down again. Hopefully, it was just a glitch, but I would not recommend.

    Computer fried

    I bought this in August and the day I opened this, the glass on the case shattered from normal handling. A few days ago, the motherboard started sparking and the whole thing fried. It stays in the same spot, a few inches off the ground. I don't typically buy a computer pre-built and this will be a reminder not to do that again.

    First one was opened on Christmas Day and was the only thing asked for. It did not work at all. Was replaced yesterday and so far so good.

    I received the product and it was well packaged but I went to turn it on and Id get no signal error on my monitor. I called tech support and I was walked through various steps none of which worked so an RMA was issued the next day. I received the return label the 1st of May and as of this review I am still waiting or a status update.

    My son is dissatisfied with the low amount of storage space for it to be a gaming pc. We will have to buy additional storage.

    Ok so we had to order this computer twice in order to get a working PC. The first two looked the same and they would power on but nothing would come through the monitor. Finally the third computer came looked a little different and the box had been opened as if someone opened it to make sure it worked before sending it out or it was a return, fixed and then shipped out. So we might have a refurbished one!

    I bought this because it was well equipped for the price and my son needed a new computer for school. We bought Sceptre 1080 P monitors for it (don't bother, they are cheap for a reason) hoping they would be good for the money. The problem I am having is a problem with the video card causing the machine to crash/reboot. I'll be returning this machine. Maybe the next one will be ok.

    Don't buy from cyberpowerpc. Had issues a month after I got it. Cyberpower wont replace the bad part. Aka. Motherbored. & it claims its under warranty. Paid 750 for something refurbished. When it said new. Tech teams takes forever to respond. Don't waste your money with this brand. Build your own.

    Broken right out of the box

    Got the computer today and was ready to start online racing. Plugged the computer in and it would run for 30 seconds, shut off for about 5 seconds and start again. The monitor never recognized the computer. Called Cyber Power PC for tech support, was asked to do some trouble shooting and was basically told, the computer was broken and needed to be sent back. There were no instructions included but they sent a disc, there isn't a disc reader, not sure the reasoning behind that. I've been waiting 2 hours for Best Buy to call me back to try to and get this returned. Hoping that process isn't going to be complicated and I get another computer quickly. A disappointment so far...

    Literally had for a couple days and the graphics card went out on it. Cyberpower was helpful and willing to send out a new gpu and i was to send the broken one to them. But i was in the return period with best buy so did that and decided on an ibuypower for a little bit more with better parts. I would recommend saving another $100-$150 for something that will be better.
