    So I would honestly love to give a better review but this PC has been nothing but a major pain in my a**!!! I ordered my 1st one on May 31st...it came in was connected and I got to play my game for all of like 3 hours (while playing everything seemed great and I enjoyed it) before the graphics card started showing signs of being damaged during shipping. Take is back and get a 2nd one sent to me and that one showed up today 6/10/2020. Connected it and realized right off that I received another PC that had a messed up graphics card. Called BestBuy and waited 1 and 1/2 hours to talk to someone only to get hung up on. Called back and was told that I would have to wait until tomorrow as they were now closed. My husband has now decided that he will be building me a PC as this has NOT been worth it.

    Bought this online for a bday present and when I took it to my daughter’s place to hook it up, it wouldn’t come on. Took it to closet store and tech said mother board was damaged. Poor quality manufacturing, very disappointed!

    Didn’t work out of box. Had to spend several hours figuring out how to boot monitor. Then only to find out graphics card and power supply connections are faulty. Just a real piece of junk. Then Best Buy doesn’t have any in stock.

    We have had this computer for almost a year- we have brought it into Geek Squad, and to 2 different tech people. Can't seem to figure out why it keeps crashing. Should have returned it long ago. We bought 2 the other one works fine - but this one is defective.

    in both instances, the computer would not boot up...my tech person re-seated the video card and did all he could and still nothing. He believes there may be something going on with the motherboard. Best Buy was super awesome however throughout this whole process.

    Not worth the effort

    No indication I needed a special adapter or cable to connect with my monitor. Unit came with a CD to install additional hardware, yet the unit itself had no CD-ROM to use it with. Had to make three additional trips to the store due to associates suggesting the wrong remedies for these issues. I would not buy again.

    The lights looked great through the glass of the tower. But had to return due to it not being able to connect to any screen/monitor. With new HDMI cable or the ones geek squad tried. So they were very helpful to exchange it with a new computer.

    We purchased this Item for my son for christmas Opened and started up on Christmas day but , He has yet to enjoy it. The video card was damaged from the start - we were instructed to return to manufacture .. waited 15 days and now PC doesn't work .. Today is day 28 from that. Why do you sell products that are now a waste of time and money - I will be reporting the company to the BBB - This is a robbery of 700+ dollars. SHAME ON YOU BB

    Best Buy should terminate there relationship with CyberPower I purchased this computer in May. It took over a month for shipping. It worked from June to August then it just turned into a brick. Because CyberPower took so long shipping it, it was already outside of Bestbuys return window and I had to contact CyberPower for an RMA. They insisted first that I attempt several procedures to see if I could fix it myself. Then it took another month to get the RMA initiated, I had to pay shipping now they have had my computer for almost three weeks and won't respond to my emails or calls requesting a status update. Service like this is completely unacceptable. Even though it isn't directly Best Buys fault the service of companies they partner with does directly impact your customers.

    After purchasing this pc out of town, I got back home unboxed it and hooked it all up. This was my second cyberpower pc I purchased so I wasn’t reluctant to buy another. Computer lit up rgb all around and no video. Everything was plugged in correctly. Hard drives and every little extra cable was where it should have been but no video. Whom ever built this pc should be out of a job the cable management in the back of the case was a mess. I boxed it up and took back to my local Best Buy

    Horrible product we bought this computer because my nephew wanted a gaming computer, so we only bought this computer because we had a monitor but it didn't work so we thought it was the monitor since the computer was just unboxed so we order a new monitor and it did the same thing I called "customer service" from best buy and they recommended for faster service for us to go to the store , so pointless to order online to avoid exposing . We go to the store and the lady there said we were not the first customers having issues with that computer.... How come best buy sell this crappy product? they broke my nephew's heart a couple of times we ended buying an HP computer that was more expensive and I got stuck with 2 monitors that worked fine but spent 100 on one that I really didn't need .

    So.. I was very excited to get my son a new computer.. we had 3 of them and NONE of them worked!! It was a nightmare! We called company every time!! The first 2 seemed to be refurbished as when we plugged them in someone email and info popped up!! Company said to have them reset! Why would I have a brand new computer reset!! I took a chance and thought the last one HAD to work.. just got it today- the graphics card did not work !! Can’t make this up! Company said I would have to send it in for a replacement!! I paid for brand new computers and they were ALL bad! Needless to say- do not buy a Cyberpower PC!! Best Buy- however- was amazing and helped me in every day they could!! Modesto,the manager at Best Buy in Melbourne Florida is amazing and caring and the best!!

    I bought this computer for my son. Before 6 months is out the video card stopped working. I know a little, but not enough to remove a video card, so the only option was to send the PC to CA from VA to have it looked at by CyberPower PC. The shipping and insurance would probably cost more than the repair. Extremely disappointed in the service from CyberPower, I asked if we could video conference so someone could walk me through and there is no option for that. No solutions offered on the chat other than sending it back. We've been duped, please STAY AWAY from this brand and make 100% sure when you buy one of these PC's that you either get the geek squad warranty or check out what the repair options are. What a huge disappointment.
