As someone who always wanted a gaming PC but never got around to it, this was absolutely perfect for me. Since I purchased it in 2020, it has been able to smoothly run almost every single game that I have tried to run on it. The only exception would be Escape from Tarkov because that game is horribly optimized and has a memory leak issue. I upgraded the RAM to 32gb and it has been smooth sailing ever since. Honestly, if you can find this thing available and want a fairly priced PC that will run most games within reason, this is the one. I have yet to find something I have wanted to play that it actually struggles against.

I have a friend who recommended this PC but the one I ordered was damaged. I tried to different monitors with it and it did not work I had to return it and will be reordering. Fingers crossed!

Be aware! The glass panel shatter easily, you just need to unscrew it with regular / minimal force.. Do a simple search on google and you will see many people had the same issue.. So this seems to be a design or manufacturing issue.. Another problem is their support.. When ask for replacement using the 1 year parts warranty, tech support said the warranty doesn't cover this panel, as this is a physical damage and you will have to fork out more than $50 for another panel... Last time buying any Cyberpower product..

Specs were fine, but fans got really loud like every 5 mins. Also was getting constant black screen every now and then. Returned for the previous model and works way better. Maybe I got a defective one but couldn't wait for a replacement.

Bought this thinking that cyberpowerpc had at least assembled it and made sure it would work right out of the box. Well, no monitor, had to reseat the video card before the monitor would come on. Next, downloaded the game I play, but game would not launch because drivers were missing. Downloaded and installed the new drivers and thing crashed, repeatedly. Not to mention no audio, and now it will not even boot up........ So, return it goes for refund. Is it asking to much to follow what instructions there are for unit to turn on with no hassles? I don't think so..... In good conscience I can not recommend this to anyone.

When I saw this computer on sale for $600, I knew it would be amazing, and it didn't disappoint. The PC has a great aesthetic with plenty of RGB lighting. The specs were insanely good for a prebuilt at the price, containing a Ryzen 5 3600 and an RX 580. However, I would instantly upgrade the RAM as soon as possible, as 8GB is not enough for games today. Once I installed a new kit, games like Valorant, CS:GO, and Rocket League ran with no issues at 100-200+ FPS and I was able to play AAA games at 60FPS with no issues. Finally, the motherboard and power supply are from reputable brands like Gigabyte and EVGA. However, it does get noisy and it isn't the best value for $750. For $600, I would recommend this to anybody as long as you upgrade the RAM.

Didn’t keep a connection. Got the first one and the mother drive were bad. Got it replaced with no problem and reorder to try it over and had the same issue over again.

I've had this PC for a couple of months now and has worked well overall, especially with a ram and GPU upgrade. Be wary though, as far as many pre-builts go, you never really know what's inside it like the motherboards and power supplies. The motherboard that came with mine was an ASRock B450M/AC Micro ATX AM4, which is a decent motherboard and will get the job done but I might consider upgrading this in the future. I did unfortunately have a loud buzzing noise emanating from this PC at one point only about a month or so after purchasing it, resulting in me having to narrow it down to the front case panel. CyberPower was able to send me a replacement and I haven't had any issues since then. Overall great PC for the price.

This PC is differently capable of playing new titles. May not be at the Highest settings but this computer is upgradable in every way possible. The RAM, Graphics Card, and Storage can all be upgraded. The Wi-Fi is amazing it feels faster than my last PC for sure. The RGB on this PC is beautiful, it has many different color modes and overall looks great. This is a great PC and should be considered, it seems to me the parts inside are worth more than what you can buy this for. I would recommend upgrading the RAM at some point and the Graphics Card also. There is also an M.2 expansion slot if you want to add even more storage.

Motherboard dead from the get go did not get to use it. Returned.

This is my first PC purchase in years because I always use Macs. First I couldn't get a picture and spent a ton of time checking all the connections. When I finally got it to boot, I got a CyberPower loading screen and then immediately got a Windows corrupted screen. Their support told me to go to website and create bootable recovery media which is a .exe file and I have a Mac so no help there. Finally got Windows to load and set it up and now it restarts every 5 minutes back to the Windows corrupt blue screen. Now I have to waste time returning it.

when i opened the box i noticed some parts were screwed in poorly. the video card was also malfuctioned so i had to send back. purchased a different brand. would not recommend the brand.

This computer was advertised as having an RGB keyboard. With the lighting effect onboard the computer, with the clear window case, it needs an RGB keyboard. The keyboard that came with it is just a plain-Jane keyboard with a couple of LEDs that light up the name. The keys don't even light up. When I contacted customer service their response was, "It must be a typo". No. As I said, with the lighting effects on the computer it would make sense to have an RGB keyboard. It's a nice computer, but it's not that nice for the price. It's going back.

Recently purchased PC and all was running smooth until i got an error saying that windows can't be activated because the product key was already install on another device. Unable to contact support.

I have been holding of writing a review for this pc for a while but I think now is a good time to finally write it. I purchased this pc for my birthday almost a year ago and I have to say, it is one of the best investments i've ever made in my life. I had bought it during the holiday sales because my birthday is during December. I paid about $600 dollars for it and for what this pc can do, it was totally worth it. One of the only complaints I have is the noise this pc makes after some hours of playing, however, this only happens when playing high demanding games. With the same that this pc comes with, you will always have space for new games. This is definitely a pc I would recommend.

Returned, would not display. Fans weren’t spinning. Went with another brand. Looked cool though

Initially positive as the computer was fast and tons of cooling fans. Great option for mid range gaming computer. That was all until after 8 weeks the computer stopped working completely. Error tracked to motherboard and now it has to go back to CyberPower. They now tell me repair is 2-3 weeks. Have to say that for a not inexpensive machine I would have hoped for better longevity. I get that stuff happens but then to have the repair take soooo long just seals it that I’m now regretting the purchase.

I am on my second computer. Never buy one of these PCs they are horrible. The first one I bought wouldn't even turn on. The second has been non-stop problems and all the help desk says is reinstall windows... Over and over again no mater that you have already done it. If you do finally get them past that step they want you to pay to send the the piece of garbage they built so they can look at it. Never again will I buy a PC from them. Stick to the name brands and avoid this at all costs. It is not worth the headache

Best buy sent me this PC to my house. I unpacked it, hooked it up and started the updates. Came back the case fans weren't plugged in and I could smell a electrical burn smell. Brought it back to Best Buy they shipped me another one. I got that one and after 5 hours of use the video card decided it didn't want to work. I brought it back to Best Buy and now they are shipping me another one and it wont arrive until Oct. So not only did you send me broken PCs but I have been without one Since Sept 6th.

Not a fan. Not at all! Sent back and built a P.C. for my son together. Way better experience overall than buying this or any other pre-built.
