    Great Entry level Gaming computer

    I bought this computer during the black Friday sale for $500 and it's pretty good for the price. 1. The processor it comes with is the Ryzen 3600 which is relatively new and is an all around great value CPU for its performance and cost. 2. The 8gb of memory is good enough, but you might want to upgrade to 16gb as 8gb nowadays is considered the minimum. 3. The graphics card is also pretty good as it can run Rainbow Six Siege on Ultra settings and still get 144fps. 4. The SSD and HDD is pretty nice to have since the SSD is your boot drive the computer boots up fairly quickly and the HDD is great to store a ton of steam games. 5. The keyboard is decent, sometimes when I press too much on the left side of the space bar it gets stuck and I have to press the middle of it to get it unstuck and it's not mechanical, which I know many people like. The mouse, on the other hand, is actually pretty nice it comes with RGB, there are weights inside of it that you can take out if you want it to be lighter, and it has four side buttons. I can't really complain that much about this keyboard and mouse since it's basically free, but I would recommend getting a new keyboard further down the line. Overall, this computer is computer is really good at a $500 price point and is very much so upgradable in terms of the ram and graphics card.

    No signal to monitor

    First time buying a gaming computer got it home and set it up but it says no signal to the monitor. Called and they said to undo the graphics card and make sure it was plugged in so I did that and still nothing. They said the graphic card is probably bad and to bring it back in. Everything runs in it other than that lights come on and fans. If you go to cyber power website they have a lot of problems with it not having no signal to the monitor! They need to fix the problem if they know they have one.

    Not worth it!!!!

    Have had this computer for less than a year and have many problems since. Random black screens at the desktop Home Screen, random freezing when playing games or just doing simple tasks such as watching a YouTube video. Been sent to a recovery settings blue screen multiple times. And now the nearest problem It can’t even complete the POST. Not worth the money I highly recommend spending the extra few hundred dollars on a better pc from a better company such as NZXT or iBuyPower.

    I ordered this computer for my son's graduation and I was very dissapointed as I ordered this twice and had to return it both times. neither computer would turn on at all even after calling customer service for technicak support. Don't waste your time and money like I did, Keep looking. I ended up ordering from IBuyPower and my son could not be happier. By the way it was the same price specs. My only gripe is I paid for express shipping that I should be refunded foor that at least,

    I’m only writing this review bc when I was researching the issue of the computer turning off and on repeatedly, it seemed like a lot of people had that problem. Sometimes directly in the mail, and other times a year or so later. My brother has the computer himself though and hasn’t had an issue though so if you’re computer savvy I’m sure it’d be fine. Just don’t hesitate to exchange or talk to tech. I swapped it out for a laptop bc I like the portability option.

    Do not buy this. I am so frustrated with it that I want to destroy it like the office space printer. Seriously, don’t impulse buy this. Don’t read the positive reviews and disregard the negative and fall victim to a bias you have towards wanting it. It’s a deal for a reason. Google “cyberpowerpc keeps freezing” or “cyberpowerpc won’t boot” and see all the posts like this. I have had both issues. Save yourself the frustration and listen to this warning.

    This tower worked great for about a year and a half, then suddenly quit working. Very disappointed. I need to take it to Geek Squad.

    I got this pc April 2020 and not even 1 year and I’m already having problems I got a black screen with cursor every time I turn it on

    Bought this gaming pc and I have only had it for 4 weeks and 2 days. Used it only for one game, nothing else and now it’s stuck in a reboot loop and bestbuys geek squad told me, “yeah they make good computers but really cheap china parts.” It’s 2 weeks and 2 days past their return period. Can’t get a hold of the manufacturer. Would not recommend.

    It was not "play ready"and still isn't 3 days after Christmas. EXTREMELY disappointing to give as a gift and it not be play ready. No user guide, cords or necessary info to register the product came with it. None of it. Couldn't get the unit to display on the monitor. Only a CD came with it but there were no drives installed. Couldn't even use my total tech membership without incurring an additional fee to get it fixed. Very unhappy with this exchange.

    Don’t Buy This PC!

    At first when I bought this pc it looked pretty good for a starter pc, but I was wrong. When I unboxed it, it looked brand new with everything sealed but when I checked the keyboard, it was very dirty, and it had food crumbs like someone ate a burger and just put the keyboard back into the box. It’s kinda misleading because it obviously says new not used/refurbished. Would not buy this pc ever again I’d be better off building my own.

    Nothing but issues

    I bought this prebuilt pc and the first one didn’t start but Best Buy made a swap cool. After a few months, the Bluetooth goes out and it starts beeping. I contacted cyber pc and they offered to fix it if I paid to shipping. $100 bucks later and I send it in. A week or so later, it’s sent back to me and it’s good for a few weeks and suddenly the Bluetooth doesn’t work again. I reached out to cyber but they don’t want to respond.

    I have been a long time apple uses and just got this computer and I have seen all the reviews it has and I was really exited. Turns out when I got it the graphics card looks used and beat up, the only things that worked in the computer were the fans and the power supply. Really bad first impression from “the best gaming pc company”.

    Recently bought one of these and it was defective, I then returned it and ordered a new one, this one arrived with a big dent in it so it was clearly not new. After buying two PCs and both of them having something wrong I am now looking and other places to buy a pc.
