I was unlucky

I checked every cable and still the computer would not power on. Thankfully I was able to get a full refund.I don't think it's a bad product, it's just a product you take a risk on. For me I took the risk and was unlucky, maybe you will fare better

Never cyberpc

Bestbuy is not allowed to repair. You have to send it in at your expense. Switched one out within 30 days. Had to mail in for graphics card issue at my expense of 70.00. Got it back took out of box and would not boot up. Cyberpc has the worst customer service. I hold for hour disconnected no call backs.

Beware: Do Not Buy This Computer

Starting with the glass shattering in 10 seconds out of the box. My son wanted to use this as a gaming computer but it constantly freezes and goes to the blue screen of death. I wish I never bought this computer. It keeps glitching out. We've now had this for 3 months and is an over grown paper weight.

Hard times

And a gift for my son, who has already received it twice and it sucks. detail the mouse the second time, it was placed inside the box in the kick, because it came all crumpled too. I'll be back to tell the story of the third box.

DO NOT BUY! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible game system

Re purchased the system, it came smashed. The box was not smashed which tells me the damage was caused before it was boxxed. I then returned it and ordered a new one... two days in, it goes blank. I got a complete refund. Looking to buy a different brand.

Graphics was really bad!!!

Also the USB ports weren’t working well after trying for hours it finally worked. I also got use items that had nothing to do with the pc. (Which I did not keep when I returned).

Would not run

When I set it up the video would not work. Cyberpower tech support wanted me to remove and reinstall physical components. When I ask if that would affect my warrenty they told it probably would, I declined. They told me to take it back to Best Buy. I returned it and went back to HP.

damaged out of the box, will not turn on

Double Trouble

I repackaged it and returned it. The staff ordered me another one and I picked it up a week later. I followed the setup instructions again, and it wouldn’t boot up. In the end, I had to return it again and I took my business elsewhere. Two total duds.

Broken out of the box

Crashed constantly

Worked Great for the first 2 months

Didn't work

We thought maybe it was the wifi, but proved that wrong. Took it into Best Buy they said they get a lot of these computers back. Ordered a new one. Similar issues. Went back to Best Buy they took back the second one and in the end I had to spend a couple hundred more on a completely different computer.
