    I would never purchase this again. First one paid extra shipping for arrived late and was an open box taped up that did not work. This one keeps dropping the D drive and I have to take the front off and unplug and replug in the drive. Revs up and down all time even at idle. I should have stuck with HP.

    Display port may not work

    When I got it the display ports didn't work and I couldn't get the thing to connect. Apparently the display ports are a little far back and there's nothing you can do other than shave off a piece of metal and possibly break the pc. Saved up my money for it and was so excited, very disappointing.

    Bought this for my sons 16th birthday, arrives late but i get it. spent 5 hours googling and watching youtube videos to figure out why it would not work. Lights would go on and that’s it. Even ran the tv as a monitor nothing. Bad one so back it went and i went with the omen. plug and play and he was on his way.

    Not working good for me

    I bought a PC and every few minutes it reset by itself. I took it back to Best Buy after 22 days. They told me it's out of warranty with them. And for them to check it they would charge me $100. They gave me the telephone number of that company brand.

    Poor case build

    Had to swap out due to video card was too big for mother board Whenever the pc was stood up it caused the display to go out as the video card sagged in the case contacting sata cables. Very disappointing after my son waited and saved for months to buy this pc and had to go back to store to return it twice.

    I bought this PC just recently and has been awesome! Playing games is a soothing experience with almost no lag or problems. The CPU along with the graphics card is one of the best combos there are in the market. Not only is the value amazing, but this computer can also easily be upgradable. Definitely recommend this computer to anyone trying to find an affordable, powerful machine.

    I had to return the first one I bough and when I get the second one it had problems after 3 days of using it. Geek squad said they help me fix it and again after 3 days it mess up again , the company takes for ever to help you and reply. Now I have a pc that doesn't work at all a month after i got it.

    One month after my son purchased this computer, it started acting strange - turn on and off randomly. BB provided us with a brand new unit, but 3 months after using it, it would not power up at all. Very frustrating and super disappointing since he saved up for two year to buy it.

    I thought this was going to be a great computer for my son but it has turned out to be a nightmare. I wish I NEVER bought it but it's too late to return it because I bought it early for his Christmas gift. It glitches and shuts off, sometimes won't even turn on.

    This was a pretty solid gaming pc as a first gaming of purchase in my opinion. During the pandemic when I bought this, the price was reasonable. Not sure how much these cost now but definitely recommend for someone who is starting off

    I bought this pc and it doesn’t even post. It turns on with the fans and lights on but that’s basically it. Nothing else works and I tried doing everything I can to try and fix it. Nothing worked so I’m kinda disappointed.

    I picked up this PC the other day and when I opened it up to take the packing out I noticed multiple wires unplugged. I wasn't sure what they were but when I turned it on it failed to boot. Returned today and there are no more in stock so I guess I will have to get something else.

    Graphics card dies within 2 years

    I bought this in September 2020 and the graphics card crapped out after less than 2 years. All my display ports are shot and now I can run only one monitor.

    This pc has not worked right sense I got it and had to buy so many parts for it cause it never worked properly and always over heated and had to spend 200 dollars just to make it work a little good I don’t recommend this computer plus they now it don’t it should not be sold

    When I first turned on Windows wouldn't boot. After talking to tech support and a quick lesson how to install Windows 10 on a computer I finally got it running only to find out the graphics card was fried. I returned it and spent a little more on a great gaming computer.

    The PC came, looked great, but it would not boot up. It did not recognize the monitors and when it finally seemed to start, the computer crashed over and over again. On the positive side, the people at our local best buy were fast friendly and capable when I returned it.

    So I bought this pc to game and do my school work but as soon as I plugged it in my monitor said no HDMI connected then I found out that the Graphics Card fan spun for like 3 seconds and then stopped.

    bought this to play games and when I got it I plugged the HDMI to the monitor and it kept saying no signal ? Wasted 3 hours trying to fix it to find out online that this is a common defect that happens often...don’t buy unless you wanna waste hours on it

    worked good for 5 days fan stopped working took back to best and got money back best buy was very good to me as i did not have box and they took it back best buy is a very good place to make a purchase if fan would not have broke would have giving 5 stars
