    After using it 10-15 times it won't power on and stay on. Light flickers and then it turns off. After some research it's a common problem. Waste of money. very disappointed that I can't trust the quality of Best Buy products.

    I bought this pc and it canse in the mail today, it wouldn’t turn my monitor on and other than that it kept turning on and off for no reason I kept looking at YouTube videos to see if anyone got this problem ... and no just me worse spend of my 800 ever.

    It would restart out of the box playing The Witcher, a game that came out in 2008! Tech support suggested I unseat the graphics card and I couldn’t understand why I’m messing with components out of the box brand new. Disappointed is an understatement.

    Bad computer

    Computer goes bad after a week of regular use. I’ve had to order a new one; the first one crash and blue screened, and the second one blew up while playing a low requirement game.

    Had it for about a week and only downloaded Steam and League of Legends. It started artifacting horribly and eventually wouldn't turn on. Returned it and just built my own better computer for cheaper. Definitely give this one a miss.

    Returned bad motherboard

    Sad when you have to return a new computer. Booted up but would not recognize the monitor. Tech guy says it’s common with cyber power. It was a Black Friday deal at $599. Tech guy recommended hp so we ordered one sadly it was no deal.

    Wireless card is garbage, hard drive was defective, best buy told me "sucks to be you, contact cyber power". Been trying to reach cyber power for 2 months. Will NEVER buy from best buy again. This is why Amazon is winning.

    I wouldn’t recommend this computer to anyone that doesn’t have the time to fix something everyday. I have had to return and exchange this computer FOUT times within the last month. This is the worst computer anyone could buy.

    Seem to not be able to get it right

    I've ordered this gaming computer for my son 3 times already. The first 2 times there was an issue where it didn't want to work properly. Now we're waiting fro the 3rd time to see if they get it right and send us ine that works.

    My son bought this for gaming and has had nothing but issues with it. Programs not running correctly, having to do multiple restarts, reloading programs. It seems like this machine had glitches right out of the carton.

    This product came with an extreme amount of cords unplugged 10-15 things unplugged. Very stressful to have to rebox and take back to store to have it fixed. Thank god Geek Squad are as accessible as they are.

    It was shipped to my house and I took it the following day to your Rancho Cucamonga store for a data transfer without opening the box. The store calls me the following day to tell me that is was defective.

    When I first got it. Brand new. Plugged in to monitor. Didn't work. Tried multiple times with different monitors and cable. Look through the glass and see the graphics card isn't even running. Returned it.

    Do not buy that piece of trash, once it gets to temperature you’ll get stuttering, low fps, issues with connection to wifi and internet.

    It's a good gaming pc for the price, and it can do most things very well without any stuttering or lag. The peripherals are ok, but I opted to go for my own that I thought were better. Overall, I would say that this is a very good computer and definitely worth the price.

    Had to return this PC right out of the box. We tested it at the store, the employee was very helpful, but graphics card was broken. Decided to pay the extra difference for an HP Omen instead.

    I received the desktop yesterday and it doesn’t want to connect to the screen. I called the geek squad and they had me on hold for over an hour to tell me that they are going to replace it.

    If you plan to add hardware other than memory, forget about it. All the PCI slots are used. Bluetooth can be forgotten about also. BUT, it is what it was described as, but nothing more.
