Solid buy for the price, but no manuals.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I supposedly got the last one at my local store on Cyber Monday, I don't know if that's true or not though. I strongly suspect that it was a floor model though as the peal was bubbled up and not sticking. It took close to 3 hours for it to be ready for pick up. I asked them if they had to put it together, and the sales person said ... "No. We don't do the assembly on these. They are sold as is, in the box that they are shipped to us in." I asked if that meant that they didn't even open the box to check it. They again said "no", we don't open up the individual boxes. /shrug The most useful "documentation" that comes with the unit is a large sticker that goes from the top of the unit and then down the back. It's sole purpose is to make sure you plug your monitor into the graphics card instead of the CPU. For set up, it's a single page that just says to remove the foam, make sure nothing is unplugged inside the case, and plug peripherals in by the color on the jack. lol The only real problem I've had was with the initial set-up. I'm not very computer literate, but thought I knew enough to do the initial set-up. I was apparently wrong though, as once the desktop was showing, nothing would open. The search box in the bottom left would disappear as soon as I clicked in it. The only error I found, (after a LOT of digging) was ... "NO MAPPING BETWEEN ACCOUNT NAMES AND SECURITY IDS WAS DONE." It took a while longer, but was able to boot it into safe mode and then run a restore. Everything has worked since. Lack of documentation is my biggest complaint with CyberPowerPC. I knew that the computer came with only 1 stick of RAM, and for the price that's not a big deal ... until you try to find a matching stick. In the end, I ended up buying 2 new sticks to make sure they matched and wouldn't be in conflict with each other. I'm still going to try running it with all 3 sticks to give me a total of 24GB. If it works, great! If not, I'll still be at the 16GB I wanted to start with anyways. RGB - yeah, uhm. It's RGB. If that's a wow factor for you, great! I could care less about it myself. It came with the computer at an awesome price point, so it's there. I still haven't found a way to control the lights on the mouse (which came with the system), or turn the case lights OFF without unplugging them inside the case itself. Again, without documentation it's hard to know what to expect or how to change the settings. I did find the two little buttons on top of the case that are for the RGB. One controls the pattern, the other controls the color; but only on the case. They do have little symbols next to them on the case itself. You can't see them though unless an outside light source hits it just right. PERFORMANCE - So far it has been great. I'm still waiting for my additional RAM to arrive, but am confident it will just make it run that much better. Normal programs I run are Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). On the gaming side it's anything from Blizzard, Destiny 2, SMITE, League of Legends, etc.. I don't plan on overclocking, and am very happy with what I have seen so far. I maxed the settings on WoW and was seeing 105 fps; far better than the 15-30 fps I was seeing on my old set up with options set to minimal. The only high-speed internet available for us is a mom and pop DSL service. I know I will see better performance when others aren't taking the bandwidth to watch movies or sporting events. BOTTOM LINE - If you are looking for a solid computer without breaking the bank, this one fits the bill; especially if you find it on sale. The keyboard and mouse being included is just icing on the cake.

Great PC for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this PC for about 6 months now. Ever since I got it was easy to set up and get to play games with it. I have had zero problems with it. In my opinion, it is a wonderful PC to get if you are just getting into PC gaming or looking for a new computer. The only thing I would recommend is to get 2 more RAM sticks to gain a little more performance in games that need it. I just upgraded my GPU to a Sapphire Pulse 5600XT, But it was not due to lack of performance from the AMD580, the 580 provided plenty of power to run most to all my games on medium settings. Overall, This is a wonderful Gaming PC with plenty of room to upgrade your GPU to a bigger once you feel like you need to. But out of the 10/10 CyberPowerPC!

Great Computer!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i really liked this computer, as it was my first computer i have gotten for video games. the computer can run high graphics games well, above 60 fps for every game i have played. the led lights also add a nice touch as they are very cool to look at. the quality of the keyboard was not the best, as after only a month of use, some of the letters are starting to ware off. however the keyboard was definitely not the reason i purchased the computer and i am just using it til i can get a better keyboard so i am not bothered. overall very good purchase and worth the money for what you get.

Great Entry/Midrange Computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a high schooler who recently purchased this pc as a guest account, so it won’t show as a verified purchase. I was planning to build my own pc, but due to the shortage of power supplies and motherboards I resigned to looking for a prebuilt. This pc is actually really good for the price. It has a Ryzen 5 3600 and a RX580, meaning it’ll play just about any game at 1080p60 which is great. I was pleasantly surprised to see it has so much storage and also a b550am motherboard. Overall, a great performance value for the price, just wish it had 16 GB of memory.

Excellent computer for basic to advanced users
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whether you want great graphics or a super fast processor this is one awesome machine! Took it out of the box, plugged it in and it started out amazing. Super easy to get started and if looks matter this thing takes the cake. It started up super fast, and I was able to get everything running in no time. Took only a few minutes to get my programs reloaded and the on board wifi was perfect for what I needed. I am not a pro gamer or streamer, just basic games and such at this point but it is still absolutely awesome and does exactly as expected and I can't wait to use it for more.

Pretty cool PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first gaming PC and honestly it's pretty cool and straight forward with the guide it gives you. The tower is pretty big (bigger than i actually expected. I'm 5'0 and the tower takes up my whole torso when I'm carrying it!) The RGB is gorgeous and performance so far is epic. I use this mainly to play games like Overwatch and Valorant and this works best. If you don't have speakers already you might want to get a set because the bundle that's suggested to you by Best Buy doesn't come with speakers and you'll be strictly headset or headphones.

great compute!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC is an absolute MONSTER! Probably one of the most powerful on BestBuy and with an amazing price. Packing the i7-9700K which is second to none besides the i9, which is obvious. Also rocking not just a 2070 RTX... but a 2070 RTX SUPER!!! Also only bested by 1 other GPU, 2080>. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this build, worth every penny and can handle any game on max settings flawlessly. 16GB Ram and a 2TB Hard Drive, no complaints from this homie. Finna be CHILLIN wit the beautiful RGB on my face in the dark playing BFV... BIG SMILE ON MY FACE :) way to go BestBuy x CYBERPOWERPC!!!

Good FPS, Good Value for your money.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I got this PC I was thinking it wouldn’t be that great. But when I actually plugged it in and played on it, I was blown away! Everything runs so smoothly, games like Fortnite, Call of Duty and many more are stunning in detail and I don’t drop frames. I recommend this PC to those who are wanting to enter the PC realm but don’t want to drop a lot of money on their first system. CyberPower has better options but this one is great.
