I'm almost 60 years old and needed another computer for opening multiple docs and thought that while I was at it I would get a computer to also get into gaming. I bought this computer tower with two Dell 23" screens and it kicks butt and is easy to set up. You'll need to use a "DVI to HDMI" cable to set up the additional screen but that was no big deal either. It's as fast as I need for business and the graphics in-game are set to ultra-high quality and look great. The tower itself has great aesthetics too. By the way, I've heard that the age of 60 is the new 40!

My unit came with: - Asrock B450 Gaming motherboard (Custom made version of B450M/ac) - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor - FXF RX-580p8d video card - 8GB Team Vulcan Z DDR4 3000MHZ RAM (1 stick) - 240GB WD Green WDS240G2G1A 2.5" SSD - 2TB Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM008 3.5" HDD. I didn't check who makes the power supply and the 3 RGB LED 120mm case fans. The case itself looks to be one that is custom made for CyberPower. Not thinking, I then added 2 - 8GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHZ RAM (giving me a total of 24GB) and a 250GB Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD. I did this before I booted and activated Windows 10 Home. This caused two issues. The first was an issue with it booting up. Unfortunately I could not find anything on the motherboard on Asrock's or CyberPower's websites. I found an older post on Asrock's support pages (for another motherboard) that stated the memory had to be installed in a certain order. Once I rearranged the 3 sticks, it booted. The second was with Windows activation. I had intended to clone the Windows install onto the M.2 SSD after the initial boot up and remove the Western Digital drive completely. I should have waited to add the extra parts after it booted for the first time. Because I didn't, Windows would not activate. Removing the extra parts and rebooting didn't fix it either. This forced me to have to call their customer service. I figured that I had a 50/50 chance of getting both of my concerns resolved on the first call. Terry did a great job. He explained that the motherboard was custom made version of the B450M/ac. He emailed me the correct link to Asrock's support page. Now I have a manual. the specs and the software I needed. After I explained what I did to the Windows activation, he told me that he could fix that too. It would take a few hours and that he would email me the Windows key to manually activate it again. I reality, it took about 2 hours to get the email. While I waited I removed the WD SSD and installed a clean version of Windows 10 version 1909 (originally had ver 1903) on the Samsung m.2 drive. Once I received the new key, I got it activated with no more issues. I'm very satisfied with both the hardware and the customer service from CyberPowerPC. Before buying the tower, I researched what buying each of the components individually and building it myself would cost me. I figured the $650 that I paid came out to better deal then doing it myself. Would definitely recommend buying this PC from CyberPowrPC. However, like some of the other reviews here state, the hardware can vary from unit to unit.

I bought this for my partner when their 6 old desktop started to sputter out. I was having a hard time finding affordable components due to the Backstreet Boys Reunion Tour so I opted to pick this up and it ended up being cheaper than building one from scratch (my first choice.) They aren't heavy into games with extreme hardware demands, so this is perfect for them. We haven't had any issues yet, and there was no bloatware on it which is a plus, as that saved me some time that I'd otherwise have spend digging all of that junk out of it.

I have had it for about a week and it from my use it works great! Runs all the games I play at almost max settings and I am currently only using one stick of ram as of today. I plan to start using it for streaming and Youtube so I will link those below once i upload them :) so far great budget pc will need some small updates in the near future RGB is great not too loud usually! The mouse and the keyboard i would upgrade sooner rather than later because they aren't great but overall happy with my purchase and it'll hold me till I upgrade!

Have this for over a year now and it's a pretty good pc for the price. Honestly, I've only played three games on this machine. Doom Eternal, Borderlands 3 and Dead or Alive. All three games run great at a solid 60 fps with optimized loading times. I mainly use this pc fro editing videos, though. I finally encountered 3 freezes when overloading the machine with hundreds of open browser tabs while trying to convert and render a video. I recommend picking up some (32gb) ram along with this machine.

Im not a huge pc gamer so your mileage may vary but I do play sims 4, coaster planet and games similar that were, at least at launch, graphics heavy titles. It runs them without hiccups or flaws. If your looking for all out 4k gaming madness, your probably not reading this review because your probably (or should be) building your own. I wanted this for some gaming, surfing, and tasking and it fits the bill nicely.

So far after just getting this as an early Christmas gift, I’ve been blown away how fast it is at high demanding games (Rainbow 6 Siege). Also, despite its price being fairly cheap, it is great quality. I would highly recommend this product!

One of my hobbies is building gaming PCs for my non-tech savvy friends who want to get into PC Gaming and VR. This rig represents a good value/performance ratio given the current state of computer component prices with COVID-19. This arrived well packaged and the components were great. I was able to add a 500GB m.2 SSD for steam games and MMOs. This PC benchmarks well for its components and will run pretty much all current games at high or ultra settings at 1080p. I have purchased two of these now for friends.

Just finished setting it up and running initial tests, so far so good! Easy to set up, shipped extremely quickly, very clean condition, adjustable lighting and can easily see all that's going on inside. Looks like it would be very easy to do add-ons, even for someone like me who needs my hand held, but so far I'm very pleased and the speed is already blowing my similar-priced laptop out of the water. Glad I finally got a PC and this one, on recc from a much more knowledgeable friend, seems a great bang for the buck.

I got this PC over Black Friday and it is a wonderful machine to game on. All of the games I've tried run very consistently at 80fps and above, such as Fortnite, Battlefront II, The Outer Worlds, and A Hat in Time. I have no doubt other games like COD: Modern Warfare, GTA V, and Warframe would work very well. Although I likely would not have bought this PC at its regular price of $750, for $600 it is a steal. That's not even to mention the included gaming keyboard + mouse. Absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend for your mid-tier gamer

I have Build my own PC's in the past and never thought I would have wanted to purchase a Pre-built System. However this time I really just didn't want to wait for all my parts to get shipped out to me. Set up for the system was really simple very plug and play, no Iteams were disconnected during shipping and every thing for the first boot went really smooth. I was easily able to download steam and play Starwars Fallon order right away within an hour after bringing the PC home. Great basic gaming system.

I’ve been without a capable PC for seemingly forever and wanted a computer with some extra power. I’m not ready to slog through the ins and outs of custom building right away, so a prebuilt was the route I chose. This pc has room for upgrades over time and was a great choice for someone like me who is more interested in playing some of my backlog. It runs my older games like I’d only dreamed. That’s not to say it can’t run modern games though. Tweaking settings, and I can get 140 frames in Rainbow Six Siege. I even got around 40 FPS in Gears Ultimate in 4K with everything on ultra, but that seemed to be pushing it a bit, introducing some input lag. You could fine tune a few things I imagine, but don’t expect to play the newest games super smooth in 4K ultra with this GPU. 8 gigs of ram seems to be enough to get me through what I’m doing currently and I personally don’t want to upgrade until later. This is my first time running an OS on a solid state drive and boy is it fast. The whole computer is up and running in less than a minute. It’s super convenient. The 2TB HDD is decent room for everything else. Bear in mind there is no disc drive, and no bay for one either, so if DVD’s or CD’s are important to you, maybe spend $40 on an external disc drive. The included keyboard and mouse are solid, especially for a beginner. There are convenient shortcut keys for things like system volume and play/skip functions for media. It is a membrane keyboard, and it feels great to me. The mouse has a few more frills, with a few gaming buttons on the side. It also lights up different colors like the PC itself. I’m not a crazy big fan of lights everywhere, but they’re actually pretty cool and customizable. The PC seems to have good ventilation, with vents on the top, front, and rear. I’m very excited about my new computer. I’m now able to do so many things I couldn’t rely on my old computer for, as well as rocking some of the games I’ve missed out on being a console player. There are many possibilities with this PC!

So I've had this PC for a few months now and I really like it, it's not bad for the price and I think it's a great starting point for a PC. I'm starting to look into upgrading the RAM for a boost but I haven't had any trouble. Side note: It took me a while to realize that the reason why I didn't have internet access was because there were antenna for WiFi. The set up instructions I got were very general and didn't show that step for me, so I thought it they were just tools.

This computer is amazing! I did a lot of research before deciding that this was the one for me. I purchased it and it shipped and was delivered the next day. Yes this is a little more expensive than some of the other options from the brand, but if you are wanting to get into pc gaming then it is definitely worth the extra money. This has a great graphics card, nice processor, and plenty of storage. Since I got it, I have ran quite a few games and it handles them no problem. I highly recommend this pc!
