1st unit issue, easy return and replace
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We ordered and paid for the rush shipping. Arrived with no visible damage. Anywhere from 5 to 15 min of the pc being turned on, it would make a awful noise, sounded like a fan was rubbing. Upon opening seemed like a issue with vibration around the video card mount. Reached out to Best Buy, long hold but option for call back. Took that. A hour later got a call and initiated return. Very easy. Replacement PC preforming as expected. Thanks for making it right Best Buy!

Great gaming PC
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I've played Diablo 3 and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. Not a single hiccup or drop in frames playing on high graphics. The cable management is great, the desktop looks great and you can add more RAM if you'd like (up to 32GB). I would recommend getting the same RAM brand that is shipped with your PC. The rgb lights are also great and can be changed with the button on top of the desktop. I got this desktop for Cyber Monday at a lower price but it's full price is very reasonable as well. 10/10!

Would be perfect, but the stock CPU fan. Yikes
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to build on too. So first thing is the cpu fan, it's loud and I couldn't build a fan curve to quiet it no matter what. I bought and installed a hyper cooler 212 and its all now quiet like it should be. The mother board has 4 ram slots, so I added more ram. All in all, it's not a bad pc. It could run modern warfare stock, I just had planned on rebuilding anyway.

Great PC
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Now I've been gaming for many years but I've never taken the time to learn internal parts. I would love to build my own computer in the future but as of right now prebuilt is fine with me. Had a Dell computer before this one and that one ran well but for gaming, the jump in performance from that one to this is amazing. I've ran games like Destiny 2 & Escape from Tarkov at the highest quality and had no lag or stuttering at all. I'd highly recommend this for anyone trying to enjoy a gaming desktop

Great computer, nice keyboard, mouse and quit.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer, not so much for gaming, but for running my financial management program, pictures, more memory and faster speed. Compared to other desktops this machine was a great value for the money. It was very easy to setup and add programs and the information I needed.

Freaking Fantastic!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am absolutely in love with this PC. This is my first gaming PC and I could not love it more. It does everything I want and then some. I am so impressed at how well it can run all the games I want to play with no sweat. No overheating, no lagging, no nothing. A great performer. I got it on sale which was fantastic. The keyboard and mouse it comes with are top notch. And of course I love the rainbow lighting it comes built with. So pretty! Over great PC and I'd recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Good PC overall
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this PC for about 4-6 months now. I love it great performance, great value. The reason im giving it four stars is because I think the parts used in this should be included on a little paper to know what you are getting when you want to upgrade. For example I want to upgrade the graphics card on this computer but since I dont know what power supply or motherboard I need to try to figure those out before I even pick the GPU

Good PC when it works
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this gaming PC for my oldest son as a Christmas present. Normally I prefer to pick my parts and custom build my PC's, I have built a few over the years so I know my way around the inner workings of a computer. This time I decided to go with a computer that was prebuilt because the specs looked good and the price on Black Friday was good as well. I did not opt to buy the extended warranty at the time when I made my purchase. My son's computer ran very well, with normal use, for about 35 days. Over the weekend he was playing oculus rift s on the PC when suddenly the computer shutdown and would no longer bootup (POST). Of course the return period had already expired 2 weeks earlier. I examined the PC and determined the power supply unit had failed. Rather than use the limited manufacturer's warranty and wait weeks to months for support I went to bestbuy and purchased a name brand power supply unit to swap the defective generic unit that was preinstalled. This resolved the issue and the PC is working as expected again. I gave the PC one star because for the price that I paid, it should not have hardware failure after only 35 days. I've owned many computers over the last 20 years and have built many for myself and friends as well. Never have I experienced such an issue from a new PC. Buyer beware, you may have similar problems or other types of issues if you chose to buy from this manufacturer. I recommended getting the bestbuy extended warranty to protect your investment if you decide to buy. The CPU is great, the graphics card runs as expected and performs well with games of old and new. The fans are not true RGB, there's a button to change between a few different colors but they're still nice. The keyboard and mouse are okay for being included with the PC. The case is very nice as well. Just beware of the power supply unit and know that eventually you may have to upgrade the RAM as well since the PC comes with only one 8GB ddr4 stick.

Great Gaming Computer
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC for the money cannot be beat. It will outperform all competitors in its price range, and so far, everything has held up beautifully. The fans do not make a lot of noise, and surprisingly puts out very little heat. I would recommend this computer to anyone that's gaming and not in need of the TOP TIER equipment. This computer will not need to be upgraded for several years as it can play most current PC games on high settings at the highest FPS without issue.

Excellent Value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the not only the first pre built pc I have owned, but it is also my first gaming desktop. I have no experience building or setting up computers but I was able to figure it out and upgrade my ram as well with no help! Overall a great experience and you really get your moneys worth with the parts this comes with. If you were to buy the parts separately it would be around the same price but you would still have to buy Windows, a mouse, and keyboard.

Amazing Computer!! Definately Worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is great for the price point. Runs GTA 5, Ark Survival and Destiny 2 without any issues. It boots up in a blink of a eye and the keyboard even though cheap has a nice feel when you type. The mouse is also great. The scroll wheel might be on the only scroll wheel that will hold up to me. I was actually gonna buy a second one of these computers and now they are are all sold out for the time being. Definitely would recommend. I paid $800 after tax.

Awesome computer for gaming/streaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought this computer as a gift for my son. I did a lot of research because we’ve always been a console family, and knew very little about the pc world. This computer is able to handle all his needs as far as playing fortnite/streaming, and school work. I was so pleased with it that I went out and bought the same model for myself!!!!! Wish I would’ve join the master race sooner!!! As of right now the only upgrade we are planning is more RAM.

Great value. Upgrades are very easy.
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy set up. Great value for the price Was recommended by store employee for using SolidWorks when working from home. Didn't quite fit that bill. Eventually doubled the RAM (very easy upgrade). Eventually upgraded the video board. (Also a SolidWorks need). Have a monitor & tablet hooked up & it works great. Most users would not need the graphics upgrades that we needed, as games & videos play seamlessly.

Amazing graphics
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Missing one star since I had 3 blue crash screens so far. So I bought a 3rd party warranty, 3yr, just in case. The 8GB card is amazing and handling my games to a whole new level. SSD drive makes for instant start ups. Processor at 3.1 opens MS suite and browsers with ease and speed. So far 4 stars for my first PC in over a decade. Saved $150 as bonus.

Great PC for its price and definitely worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this PC recently and everything is operating smoothly! Playing games, rendering videos, and all other activities have never been easier. The LED lights on the fan that can be changed add a really nice touch to the aesthetics of the computer and cable management are terrific. The CPU and the graphics are one of the best combos out there and this computer can easily be upgradable! Definitely recommend this PC to anyone.

Great PC for young/new PC gamers
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great PC for younger or newer PC gamers. It runs Modern Warfare pretty well but uses most of it's RAM for the highest settings. You'll need to get another 8GB RAM stick (make sure it's compatible with the motherboard and other RAM stick) before being able to very easily handle hardcore gaming and other stuff at the same time. Only issue was a graphics card issue in the first PC I bought and had to return it for a new one.

Great out of the box
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed an upgrade from my macbook the low fps on it was not cutting it anymore. Macbook was averaging 15-20 fps on lowest setting on a simple game like wow and this desktop ups it to 90-110 fps on max settings. Great buy if you can get it on sale! Runs games like ffxiv 60 fps, fortnite 55 fps, CoD 65 fps. Upgrade ram to 16 gb and video card to 5700xt, about 600$ for both and you will have an excellent gaming rig so all games play 100+fps.
