Had it for about 5 months no complaints so far. Runs games at a great rate. Solid machine and great beginners PC. My only complaint is the mouse that came with it. Has a habit of sticking and the middle button has a known issue of getting stuck. I replace it anyways with something else. I got it an ok price, as some people got it cheaper during black Fridays probably. If it goes low enough definitely buy!

As I said in the summary, I got this to upgrade from a laptop, which I mostly use for gaming. It really simplified my setup and was reasonably priced, especially considering it came with a keyboard and mouse. I’ve been playing Farcry 5 on high settings with no troubles. The unit itself is quiet, with good temp regulation, and was easy to set up.

I wanted to get something different than Intel and Geforce so I went with this. In the beginning I had a problem with the graphics, which I didn't realize and bought 3 monitors thinking it was a monitor problem. Best Buy did help with the experience and since I got a another one it has been an awesome experience, everything is crisp and smooth and it amazing for gaming. Highly recommend this to anyone in need of a gaming desktop.

Great pc for anyone that wants to run 300 FPS on games. Great performance and almost no lagging.

I had a choice, between a lower spec version of this PC and this one, and thankfully I made the right choice. If you're looking to start gaming or streaming/video producing, or both, this is a great start. It packs enough power to run games in a medium to high setting depending on the game, while also running streaming software. Plus, you can easily upgrade components to make it even more powerful as you go.

Great starter gaming pc for someone looking to start gaming on pc. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Good build, has multiple colors changing light, light up keyboard and mouse. Keyboard and mouse are wired. Runs newer games at 1080 p 60 frames no problem. Does run 4K but not at 60 frames on big games but some game run on 4K 60 frames but you can always upgrade later don the road

This computer is amazing! It plays all of my games at 60fps/high settings at 1080p. Some of the games played include Tomb Raider (2013), Rise of the Tomb Raider, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, The Long Dark, and Minecraft. I read reviews stating they upgraded the ram to 16gb, but the games listed above run fine with the preinstalled 8gb. I may upgrade in the future, but for now, 8gb is fine. Great job, CyberPower!

The shipping was fast and the pc was easy to set up and was worth it for the price

This is my first purchase of a CyberpowerPC and I am really impressed with it. I like it's overall look, and the tempered glass on the side of the case is pretty awesome to look at, as you can easily see the "guts" of your computer and change the colors of the fans easily to suit your whim. I like the computer's speed and I found it to be a tremendous upgrade from my Alienware desktop. Really satisfied with my purchase so far!

So far this computer has performed perfectly. Easy to set up and get running. My kid loves it.

PC is great and performs better than expected. Speed and performance is great for the price.

Great system so far. Runs fast & quiet. The only issue I ran into was the temp getting a bit high. I would say I changed the thermal paste, but the would imply there was any on the cpu heatsink to begin with. It now peaks at mid-30s when browsing internet & around 60 Celsius when gaming. Overall a good investment, but would invest in a better heatsink before you do any heavy gaming.

I bought this lap top because I wanted to get something with enough memory and great graphics to create 30 minute videos for a local free access T.V. station. So far so good, easy set up, I added my wireless mouse and keyboard for remote use and my son is jelly over my machine. I love the open glass display with the lights! and the fans keep everything cool :) lots of ports for everything I need to plug in is a plus!!!

So far this PC is great! It took little time to set up and I feel like it packs a lot of power for such a great price. The case looks far better in-person that it does online, and the machine is fast! Only complaint is the fans can be fairly noisy at times, but otherwise I am quite pleased with my purchase so far. I would definitely consider another CyberPower PC when I shop for a gaming desktop.

Great starter. Needs a few upgrades that you can get later like some more ram. The overall device itself is pretty good. The only reason I give it a 3* is because a year later it doesn't turn on which I'm guessing is the power supply which I have the geek squad for right? wrong. I personally don't want to diagnose what the problem is because I bought the protection for 3 years for a reason. Little did I know living out on an island where there isn't a best buy store in sight (Big Island, Hawaii) means I have an expensive protection plan for nothing because they want me to go to the nearest store which is a whole hour flight away to another island. Learned the hard way over the phone that you should only get the protection plan if you have a best buy nearby. If you don't have one then good luck because they'll just keep telling you on the phone to go to the nearest store that doesnt exist.

The computer works great and I haven’t had a game that doesn't run on this well except games that just don’t run well like ark survival or some other things

Shipment was next day and came out of the box in good clean condition. Setup was easy....just make sure you don't forget to put the antennas on the wireless adapter on the back! Antennas came in a pouch bag with extra slots. My son is ecstatic and loving his new gaming PC! Pricing is high now unfortunately due to the market and Covid but this is a great starter to intermediate gaming PC!
