So I bought this machine because the reviews were great on it. First pc arrived and it turned on with fans and lights, but no picture on monitor. After several attempts, it finally boots up and I can see it on the monitor. Did updates for a new computer, it restarted but then cut off. Tried everything I could think of to get it started back up but the only thing I could get was the thing to turn on with fan and lights but no monitor. So I took it back to bestbuy cause I'm going through all the trouble of calling support for a new pc. I'm giving one more chance, maybe I got a dud, so I reordered. The one I got now works flawless...it has a different brand motherboard which I think was the issue on the first pc. I have had the second for a couple days now and I am happy if it stays working.

I bought this model for the storage space (I have a lot of games on Steam so having 2 TB plus some is perfect). After an easy setup, I started playing some MMOs and the system runs amazingly! The mouse and keyboard are nice bonuses as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for PCs to play games on.

Very easy to set up once we figured out the lay out using the instructions. Love the design and feel of the keyboard and mouse. Very cool looking neon lights inside see through cpu . Already playing a game on this new computer I got for my Birthday!

It’s pretty, and very well arranged internally. It works great with all my games, and it’s quiet. I love the lights, and the keyboard accidentally matches my color scheme. I’m seriously considering buying another one for my teenage daughter, because the price is impressive compared with the quality.

This is the third gaming computer that we have tried. The cyberpower pc gaming desk top, has met all of our needs. The cyberpower has all of the memory and speed that we have needed. I would indeed buy it again, and recommend it to anyone. Best buy gave us a good price and excellent service.

This is a great PC build and the RX580 has handled every triple-A title I've thrown at it, at or above 60fps. The CPU more than keeps up. The RGB lights are also a nice touch with lots of settings. Though for anyone looking for a subtler look, the lights can be switched off.

Picked up this machine yesterday and got it set up and wouldn't boot. after furhter inspection i realize the ram wasn't seated fully. That can happen during shipping so if it wont start, check all cables and connections. overall, i am very pleased with this purchase and am excited to see what it can do.

At a first glance this is a beauty. so far no complaints. Settings are pretty simple and so far no issues. My only concern is how loud the computer is. I am new to these types of PC's. I am concern that if I play more advanced games this will get louder. I will make sure to post an update.

The price is great for this PC specially for someone trying to get started in PC gaming like it's been like a week since I bought it and so far it's great it's very quiet and runs games very smoothly and great on high and ultra settings overall am very satisfied with my purchases.

Bought this computer for gaming. Works as advertised and can’t be more happy with it. Also I am happy I can upgrade it as my experience increases. Only issue I have with this computer is that the ports on the back seem to be shifted which made the USB and HDMI cable difficult to plug in.

I got this, it ran great for a whole 20 mins (jk). It ran for 20 mind and then decided It wanted to shut off. I opened the front glass stuff and the gpu was overheated. Opened the back and tried to check the cables. All plugged in. I tried it again and it worked for an hour and then I shut it off. Then 10 minutes later I turned it on and it turned off on me 10 minutes later. Overall, idk thsi thing was probably made in a rusty factory. Would I recommend it to a friend? If they r actually gonna get one that works then ya. Bechmark: ran fn at 500fps on idle all low unlimited in the lobby Alright guys hope thsi helped :) peace

I bought this pc 7/11/2020 and its really fast and runs starcraft 2 at full graphics.....make sure to look at your software,i had to turn my fans on because they were at 0 but its super easy to do...alt+r and you can tune your hardware.....its amazing i will never go back to console again.

My 10 year old was (and still is) absolutely thrilled with this machine! The bright colors make the inside so cool looking with the glass cover. We set it up together right out of the box - it was so easy! He was downloading Fortnite very quickly and was amazed at how fast the game played - no lag!

I purchased this to upgrade from playing on xbox. So far I'm more then pleased with the build and quality of the pc. I added additional ram to it with ease and it's performing even better! I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to move to pc gaming without spending a ton of money!

I love this computer. It has a sleek setup that looks awesome! The computer is fast. Compared to my work computer this thing runs laps around it. Quick boot up and enough power to handle all of my gaming needs. This is a great starter computer for anyone looking to get into pc gaming.

Bought this for my 12 year old son. I wanted more than a beginner gaming PC for him that didn't cost a fortune. After lots of research and reading reviews, I decided upon this one. It was easy to set up, in fact my son did it himself. We are very happy with it! Definitely recommend this!

I had been wanting to get a new computer for awhile. Kept going back and forth on which one to get. This one had the right specs in what I wanted in a new pc. The only downside, is that there isn't an owner's manual or instruction pamphlet. Figured out on my own how to change the lighting.

This was an easy install and set up. Using for my kid who does alot of online game play and seems to be working great and smooth graphics. Love the design of the tower and the fans work great and are silent. Love how the mouse changes color along with the tower. and is nice and sturdy.

I bought this gaming computer for my son. The graphics are exceptional for the games that he plays and the overall quality in terms of internet speed, appearance, and functionally are top notch. I am extremely please with this computer and look forward to using it for years to come!
