Replacing my HP Elite. Geek Squad said it made sense to replace with a gaming CPU because it just built with better parts and made for heavy use. Made sense so we went that way.

the tower looks good and had a very easy out of the package start up. Computer fired up immediately and start up process was quick and flawless. This is a very good computer for the price

Built this not knowing anything about computers. Overall happy with the PC, i did upgrade the ram to 16gb 3200mhz. My one complaint is that the PC does not always turn on. I can be pressing the power button on the front and i can see the fan want to spin but it never turns on. I end up having to either press the power button about 20 times or i go to the main switch and turn it on and off a couple times then it will finally start. At first it was never a problem but not it is becoming more frequent.

This is a great starter gaming computer. This is my first gaming computer I have purchased and my son is happy with the product. Cool colors on the tower and speed of games is great.

Very nice computer but I had to have a new one sent to me because the first one that came did not work. But now that I have the new one I love it and it works very well

I really like this computer, I went ahead and got 16gb Corsair Vengeance before hand and immediately swapped the ram before ever starting it, great starter pc for the black friday pricetag.

Purchased for my son’s birthday and so far it’s doing great. He loves being able to see the inside and all the fun colors. Seems to be a great first gaming computer

The PC is great and does what I need but the PC came almost a week late and in that week the best answer I got was "Its on the truck it'll be here soon" with no estimated day..

I'm thus far ambivalent about my new CyberpowerPC. It is a beautiful machine, and very fast, and was a great price, but... the first machine I bought had everything I needed except a hard drive (it had a 480GB SDD). I purchased a 3TB WD hard drive and attempted to install it, but there was no way to reach the open SATA port, which was wedged behind the graphics card with wires in the way. In my effort to make it work, something went wrong and I lost power to the motherboard. Best Buy very helpfully took back the machine and I replaced it with this slightly upgraded machine off the shelf that has a smaller SSD but a 2TB HDD. I thought to keep my 3TB HDD and install it in the new machine, but this new PC had the same issue with a SATA port that was almost impossible to use. Instead of risking the PC, I returned the HDD. The new machine is working well, but Windows 10 is giving me a headache (so this is perhaps a complaint about MS Windows, not CyberpowerPC): at first it would not activate (why would it NOT be activated?), and eventually I had to call Microsoft and speak to someone in India to get it activated (this is stupid), and now it is having problems installing Windows updates--i.e., it downloads a specific update, but can't install it (what kind of company makes software but can’t update its own software?). I'd take it back to Best Buy for the Geeks there to "do their magic" but I don't want to leave it there (since I need to use it), and I’m not entirely sure what level of magic-users the Geek Squad guys are, 1-3rd level maybe? I'll also note that the first PC was almost completely silent, but this new one I got has a fairly noisy fan. Also, the new one doesn't have a remote (yeah, that's not important, but I liked the remote which allowed me quickly to choose my fan color by mood). Finally, the machine won't "go to sleep" on the balanced or performance settings, and won't hibernate at all, which means that I have to power down when I'm heading out or to bed because I don't want it just sitting there running continuously. So, overall: I'd love this PC, but there are some worrying issues with it.

This is the second gaming PC that I’ve bought from Best Buy, one for each son, and they’ve both been thrilled with them! I will continue to buy from Best Buy! Always a great experience!

I like my new PC, the case looks good. Overall this PC is all what you need under 1000 dollars. It runs ALL modern at high settings and will play most upcoming games.

It is fast and has the ability to not only give me what I need in a gaming computer, but also allows me to use it for everyday needs. So far I haven't seen any lagging or ghost images.

awesome computer. in game graphics are amazing. only thing it does not have dvd hardrives. They are internal hardrives. So i got the disks but no i have to buy an external usb 3 hardrive.

Great product. pc runs super smooth. If your a fortnite player definitely recommend this for you. All other games run amazing as well. will definitely recommend this to a friend.

Much faster than my laptop turns on and ready to go I less than 30 seconds laptop takes minutes to get running. Kids can play all kinds of pc games. And run vr system on it

Good computer for entry level gamer that wants to make transition to PC. Works great and has some upgrades you can do that can make it a mid tier desktop.

this my first gaming PC.. I never realized just how much i was missing with my home PC, the speed the quality have made old online games all new again with better everything

I bought it to be a folding@home system. Runs well right out of the box. Very current on windows updates which was very nice! (that usually takes forever). The only issue I have seen so far is the CPU fan is a bit small for the Razon 5 3600 processor. The default clocking of the ASUS B450 motherboard can push the processor temperature into the red (over 90c). I like to run cooler so I changed the max throttle temperature in BIOS to 90c from the AMD default of 95c. Still pushes up against the red zone but not in it. I like the removable filters on the case to help keep dirt out of the system.

I’m new to PC gaming, and this was an affordable option for me. So far I’m very impressed, from the packaging to the design to the performance. Could t recommend it more!

This is my first gaming PC and I love it! It is very fast and the graphics are very, very good. I also really like the lights on the case and the different light modes that is has.
