My first ever PC and I love her. She runs with ease and I have room to upgrade if I wish to in the future. Had her for a year and no issues.

I was looking to have a pre built pc to take a little of the stress and time away from piecing together my own and this looked like a very affordable, comprehensive option. Upon unboxing and booting, the computer would not connect to my monitor. While troubleshooting that issue, I needed to turn the computer off then back on. Computer would run for 28 seconds, turn off for 2 seconds after it had run for maybe 10 minutes. I disassembled the unit and checked connections. Reassembled the unit and same issue- effectively “building” my own pc, which I was trying not to do. Could not get into contact with Cyberpower and I don’t trust Best Buy anymore after getting the run around on product availability and shipping. This is either a bad PSU or the Ryzen/B450 motherboard issue, which I believe should have been fixed by now? Especially with me buying the computer in May 2020. I won’t be using Best Buy for anything again and will update on how long it takes for my return to be processed/if it even gets processed correctly. Frustrating after hearing good things about Cyberpower and not knowing if I would even receive the product from Best Buy.

I bought this gaming computer as my first gaming computer. It works great and even performs better than some self built computers. Would/have recommend for any beginner.

Needed this for a job and didn't want to break the bank, si this is a good one for a quick setup pc if you make your own mods to it

This is a great PC especially for someone who is just getting into gaming like myself. I really like the keyboard and mouse as well. Great storage on the PC. No complaints.

Fantastic computer. The people at CyberPower were very helpful to get me a link to upgrade the memory to 16g. The free, large mousepad was a very nice free item sent by them.

This is a very great computer and a big switch from using a console. all the graphics for every game like fortnite war zone I get above 130 frames on all of them

You're gonna wanna replace the 240GB SSD and the RAM with something much more robust/better. Other than that, I have been very satisfied with this computer thus far!

This computer is one of best budget pcs, it can run most popular games like fortnite, rainbow six siege, valorant with 150fps+. Highly recommend this if youre new to gaming.

This is my first gaming computer by Cyberpower PC and wow am I impressed. Nice built machine by best material. Expertly packaged with supportive material to protect the graphics card. Runs cool and very quiet. I also really like how it came with a mouse and keyboard so I did not have to get one with it. Very happy with this purchase. I usually build PC's myself but with prices these days it is no longer a BIG savings like it used to be. This is a very nice PC for gaming and well beyond a any home office needs. Only item it does not have is a DVD drive. but u can always set it up in the future if u really need it. Very happy with purchase!

so far my experience with the pc is great. I ordered on-line which was easy. I didn't get it the exact day they said it would be but it was only a couple days later.

I have two and they have both been great workhorses. The look is very cool too! Definitely great value and performance!

This gaming PC is fast and love the look. We bought this for my daughter who plays roblox and she was said was perfect for her gaming needs. She also play minecraft.

If you know about pcs its ok but not good for new users. I bought this as my first pc when i got it it was amazing but after a month it started having issues. I had this PC for 8 months now the main issues are with the ram. The first time i got a bsod it was fine but the second time i had to take it to a shop to get it fixed. But now it gets a bsod once every about every 3 weeks its always something with the ram or the graphics card. IF YOU BUY THIS PC AND HAVE THE SAME ISSUES wait for it to restart after the bsod and shutdown the pc for at least 2 mins the it should be fixed but your gonna have the same problem again in a few weeks. But it performs good. i stream and play fortnite at around 160fps which is pretty good but the bsod are pretty annoying. Also it cant run warzone the last time i tried to run warzone on this pc the pc crashed and did not turn on so i had to take it to a shop and get it fixed for 50 bucks .Also the problems started after the return time ran out. So ya it has a lot of issues cyberpower if your reading this please fix your pc as i said the issues are mostly related to ram.

This is my second purchase. I got one for my son as his first Gaming PC. I was so impressed with the performance right out of the box that I had to purchase one for myself.

I bought one so i can stream but the first one Was defective then i got a second one and it is exceeding my expectations. It is amazing and worth the extra week of wait.

I shopped around a bit looking for the combination of price and ability, and this computer is perfect! Fast/Quiet and looks cool. All around great gaming computer!

This I bought for work actually not gaming. The graphics card can handle multiple high def monitors and releases the burden on the processor. It’s cool like that...

This pc is great and can run Fortnite in 240+ fps, and CS:GO reaching almost 400, very good for first gaming pc, comes with bluetooth, and is overall a great pc to buy

I bought this for the purpose of having a better quality gaming experience. It is a huge upgrade from my laptop. The fps , video and graphic quality is awesome.
