Wrong components and unresponsive customer service

I bought gift cards months in advanced and waited patiently until I got the right chance during the pre Black Friday sale. I bought it as soon as I could and couldn’t wait to get this deal since PC part picker had these components for quite a bit more than the listed deal price. I had it shipped to me and when I came, instead of it being this awesome computer it was a gma4000bst which is basically a $350 PC. Spoke to customer service and was given no help although it was bestbuy that messed up my order. Did not expect this from BestBuy. Amazon would have dealt with this much better

Great performance in a sleek vibrant package

Updated fast. No issues. It will take a bit of finagling with the settings of the graphics card, each game/program, and my monitor, but, I'll figure it out. I got this, primarily, for video editing, and I get no lag or have any issues. The tower is clean and polished. The multicolor cooling fan adds a cool touch, in combination with the half see-thru casing. So happy with this product!
