Not real sure yet

When it arrived I had tried to connect it to my monitor and it wouldnt connect. After consultation from the Cyberpowerpc tech support we came to the conclusion that the GPU was damaged in shipping. Now I am going through them for the repair. Hopefully they can get it right!

So Far So Good....

The kids really enjoy it. Mainly use it for school work and light gaming. I’m sure it will do just fine for what they need, long term quality is the only concern based on some YouTube reviews. But that’s why I purchased the protection plan on it as well. I like windows 10 as well, lots of parental controls give me some peace of mind.

First I had to register my product and give them my info, now I have to write as review and email it to them in order to get what I want.
