Love this PC for a starter! Everything runs buttery smooth at good resolution. Got here in top condition with delivery. I can do everything I've wanted to do that I couldn't before. Still great to this day 4/4/2021

Good computer. When setting the computer up make sure you put the right wires into the correct ports. I mistakenly put them into the wrong ports and thought the computer was broken. Overall a good PC for streaming and recording.

Bought this PC as a good entry level PC as it has decent specs. Worked like a charm when o got it and had it for exactly a month before the power supply fried the motherboard. Be wary when buying this and I recommend getting a warranty when or if you do. Cyber power has been no help either as I haven’t been able to get ahold of them for support for some reason. 2/5 but would be 5/5 if it lasted more than a month.

I bought the Cyber Power PC Gaming desktop for my son. It is UNBELEIVABLE! He loves it. Word of caution..be sure NOT to put anything on top of the monitor or even close to it so you dont damage it!

The system has been great and when I did run into a hardware failure (yes it happens to new stuff, don't stress), the tech support team took care of it fast and with no pushback. I would definitely buy another system from them

This is a beginners gaming computer had to return the 1st one had an issue within a week or so. We got the new 1 has worked fine since. the best in the world but decent.

Not only did I get a amazing gaming PC for a even greater than normal price I also had the most knowledgeable, patient, and attentive best buy rep overall I feel like I had the best shopping experience I could possibly have

This PC is Ok, if you need one for average games. Some items that need to be upgraded, but those are items you really wont find being too amazing in a prebuilt PC, but good to hold someone over for a couple years.

When buying this PC I took the risk of buying a pre-built because I was low on money. When buying the PC had worked great, though the light that powers the logo wasn’t working it had still worked perfectly! 4/5

The PC is is nice with many features. The mother board is poor quality. The CMOS locks up after you make any changes. The system won,t boot up until you clear the CMOS.

this is a decent gaming pc for the price, just need double the ram on your own, then you are good to go. checked online you can get all the parts for about same price, but you have to put it together and install windows.

Initially had issue with wifi connection...all other items in house connect just fine. Had to buy wifi extender to get connected

Bought this computer during the Black Friday sale. Worked fine out of the box without any hiccups and was able to play most games well on good settings. Flash forward to a week ago, and the computer stopped booting up. It would power on (LED's light up, fans spin, etc), but would not make it to boot. After calling customer support, they suspect it was a faulty motherboard and to send it in. Fingers crossed that they will solve the issue. This would be a much higher rated review if it didn't die :(

Love the Design but disappointed about the PC not having a DVD/CD Drive (yes, I'm old school). Haven't played games on it yet so not sure how that would pan out but I'm overall impressed with the product.

I've built several of my own PCs. I just needed something to replace an older PC for my kids to do schoolwork on. This fit the bill and for what specs it came with--it wasn't that much more than building it myself.

I would have given 5 stars but right out of the box one of the keyboard keys was cracked and not working, rather than going through the hassle of returning I replaced a seldom used key with this one.

Had this PC only 2 weeks functions as described, no issues so far. The only thing I recommend is get your own antivirus right away. Within 1 week with web root still had 7 Trojan spyware when I suspected something.

This gaming desktop has performed very well. My only problem has been in learning Windows 10 keys and process from Windows 7. It appeared that we will be very happy with the increased graphics capability.

I’m not tech savvy and this was an easy setup for me. I was surprised! It’s very quiet and fits well under my desk. The keyboard is great! Easy to navigate. The mouse is very comfortable and easy to move.

Computer works great , runs just how i expected to. I use it to stream and it has not given me any problems at all. it is very quite and reliable. Highly recommend for anyone getting into streaming or gaming.
