The first one we ordered online. It had a defective graphics card and we had to go in to Best Buy to return it and wait again for a nrw one. The second one arrived by mail as well and the mouse had two broken buttons. Could not exchange the mouse for a new one. Had to return the whole computer or no new mouse. Opted to keep the defective mouse as the buttons were not essential.

IT BROKE AFTER 6 MONTHS, unmodified, untouched. i just needed some gaming and some light work and this is unacceptable.... I just lost a days worth of work for a client. Thanks @CyberPower. @Cyberpower doesn't even answer phone calls or emails....been trying to contact them for a month now with other issues with this PC until finally it just broke down.

We called tech support for help with the audio socket, they did not answer the phone. It;s still not fixed.

Really good for the price it’s asking, I can run games like arma 3 and for honor with high frame rate and medium to high settings, arma is medium because it’s arma

I was always an intel/nvidia snob; this AMD/Radeon is a beast and so much more cost effective than the intel equivalent. I’ve played VR on the Rift-S and it’s flawless

I had this pc for a decent amount of time and it has been doing very good! The specs are good, maybe just an upgrade on the graphics card and ram but it’s good!

Recieved my pc in perfect condition, no dents or cracks. Only problem I had was delayed delivery but they refunded my delivery so I am happy about that.

I’m not doing anything super demanding of a PC. I stream, I do some light design work. Everything runs nice and smooth. Lighting system is very cool as well!

Excellent gaming computer for the price point that you pay. Games that I used to only be able to play on low graphics settings I can now play seamlessly on ultra.

I used this for almost 5 m now. Gpu gets very hot after awhile b/c its not water cooled, but there are upgradeable parts such as gpu and more mem.

came in one piece, I thought it was great that came with MnK, the quality / price is better than any other. Without a doubt the best pc I have ever bought.

Really enjoy the LED lighting. Computer working great. So far no complaints at all. One thing I would like to see is more HD cable connections for monitors.

This computer is great for gaming, streaming & uploading video content. It easily supports three monitors. It has enough USB ports for all accessories.

Received my computer about 2 weeks ago and just set it up today. Set up was quick and simple, the keyboard and mouse was light yet durable. Definitely recommend it.

Looks good my son is happy, So Im happy. All lights lit. Conected to the internet. My Son payed his favorite game. Plus he has tools to do his home work.
