Nice PC for the money. Bought for my son for Christmas. He loves it. Lights up really cool. Plays Fortnite.

It’s a nice gaming desktop, however the WiFi antenna is a little finicky and I had issues with it. Other than that it has been pretty good

I use this computer for PLM software that simply requires a lot of processor power. Loads fast and stays surprisingly cool. Nice unit!

I just got this PC with my stimulus money and it has been great. I am so in love with it. This is my second Cyberpower PC and I think they are great!

Everything about this desktop is great, except everytime I turn on the desktop, it does not connect to my monitor. I have to turn it off and turn it back on everytime and then it eventually connects. Also when I have already been on the computer for some time, it will randomly glitch out and disconnect with the monitor. Not sure if it is a graphics card issue or issue with the display port cord that was included in the purchase.

Great computer! As far as games go, no trouble at all but one game. Red dead 2 has problem with all computers. All other games run flawlessly.

I received my shipment today and I was glad it came perfectly on time and no damage at all running silently and smoothly definitely worth wat I spent!!

Best Buy did a good job getting this PC to me quickly. Unfortunately, my confirmed working monitor could not detect a signal via any output. Not to worry! I had purchased Geek Squad protection. So I opened a chat, answered questions, and they said it would have to be seen in person. Fine, how do I arrange that? Oh, sorry, we're not doing that now due to Covid19. So, that was $100 worth of nothing. I contacted the manufacturer, who was very helpful, and I sent the computer back to them for repair. A month from the purchase date and I am still without my PC. My advice? Go ahead and buy from Best Buy. They will get it to you, at least. DO NOT buy Geek Squad protection. It is currently USELESS. CyberPower's chat assistant was much better than the Geek Squad, anyway. Good luck, and happy gaming!
