Really Great Computer

Watch the dust vent!

Unfortunately, I haven't had a lot of time to actually game; ended up being good for doing Stevens Point Trivia. The main reason I give this lower marks is that I had to make replace the video card because I dropped it due to a poorly-design dust vent cover. I'm not exactly happy I had to spend another $400 for repairs, though GeekSquad were very helpful.

Missing Power Cord

I had been researching this product for a while now and they helped answer other questions about the PC. The only sad part about everything was getting home and not being able to use this PC because the Manufacturer had forgotten to put a power cord in the accessories bag. It was a complete let down, and we have contacted Cyberpowerpc in hopes that they can fix the situation.

Excellent Gaming System

Great midrange prebuilt! if yours works

The specs, for the price, are decent and will take you a long way for most of your gaming needs Something in my mine was either throttling the GPU, or the GPU itself was a dud out of the box, because the 580 performed TERRIBLY in benchmarks and struggled to run anything at above a sluggish pace. Will update when my returned model is tested out!

Would not connect to the internet

Geek Squad couldn’t even fix the issue. Maybe it was a defect in the one I purchased but I just returned it and went with a different brand.
