Great cpu

Didn’t work

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this computer delivered to my home, only to find out it wouldn’t connect to the monitor, I tried different cables/monitors and nothing worked, the tower was on but would not display anything. I tried removing the video card and ram etc and nothing. I’m not sure if it was the delivery but everything was packed pretty carefully so I doubt it got damaged because of that. I went online and searched more reviews only to find out this is a common problem.... I returned it and got the HP omen, it was meant to be, anything that doesn’t work when it’s brand new and has that many bad reviews on other websites shows how bad this company is.

Overall not worth it go with a custom!

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i first got this product after ordering it on black Friday weekend 2019 it was fine, maybe a couple minor issues here and there but nothing i couldn’t fix with youtube. then around February or March i started to experience choppiness in every game i played. now i went from hours of gaming everyday to not playing games for a full week doing research trying to fix this issue. When i turn on my pc up it takes 5-10 minutes to boot up, when i open certain files it says “not responding” on the top in parentheses, as soon as i launch any game maybe after 2 minutes my screen freezes and the only thing it lets me do is press my windows key to try to power it off but then it doesnt power off unless i physically turn off the power supply or unplug it. Although this is my first pc I dont think its an issue caused by me because i cant seem to find any information about it on youtube. DEFINITELY recommend building a pc to avoid problems like this and to get more for your money.
