Don't try and upgrade the RAM... EVER

I purchased 2 8GB sticks of TridentZ DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM from Amazon. I installed them, and NOTHING loads on my monitors. I try one in each slot, then another in each slot. Still NOTHING. I put back in the 8GB ram that came with this computer, and BAM! It works again! When I first purchased it, I did buy 2 more sticks of RAM that was recommended by a Best Buy employee. I tried to install those, the SAME way, and NOTHING on my monitor again! Put back in the little dinky 8 GB stick and VIOLA! It works. I am at my limit with this computer. ALSO, you can never put it in sleep mode, because it will NEVER turn back on. I had this issue with the first computer, returned it, and tried it again on this computer and SAME issue. Stay away from Cyber power. They are horrible and very bad when it comes to upgrading.

DO NOT BUY!!! Blue screen of death within 12 hours

We hooked it up last night and it worked great. My son went to play it this morning and it would not pick up the HDMI cord. I changed the cord out to a couple of other HDMI cords and nothing. I hooked up the display cord that came with the monitor and I was finally able to get the monitor to show it reading. Well, then we got the Windows 10 BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH and the computer will not do anything. It has lines running down the screen and you cant read everything on the blue screen of death. Very disappointed paying almost $1000 for a piece of crap. Now my son has to wait until I can return it and hope that we can find a different brand in stock. I will not purchase another one of these!
