Great Time Waste For Beginners

WELL THEN you’ve come to the right place! This desktop was my first every gaming rig purchased. I had a lot of hopes from a well known company like CyberPowerPC. It comes in a nice box and has the appeal of a great buy. The specs are really nice for the money you’re spending, BUT what good is all of it if you’re unable to even get passed start up?? As I finished setting up my account, I was greeted with MULTIPLE blue screens with errors such as “CRITCAL_PROCESS_DIED” and “System Thread Exception Not Handle”. Those are just two out of the many more I had encountered today. Even when you try to boot into safe mode, it will crash on you. I spent a little over 2 hours trying to troubleshoot and figure out what was wrong. At the end of the day, I decided to throw in the towel and just return it to Best Buy. I hope you’re not as unfortunate as I am and get a better working PC. Some will read this and feel bad, but don’t feel bad. I was able to own a fancy box shaped dumbbell for a few day.

Had some issues

Talked to CyberPower and their customer service was great, very easy to get someone on the phone and talk to but unfortunately they wanted me to send the unit in for repair or take back to retailer that I purchased it from. I decided to take it back to best buy and get a different computer
