Would not display on monitor or tv

Purchased on tax free day in Tennessee to save money, had to order in store for home delivery, then would not work! Very time consuming and frustrating experience not to mention big disappointment for my grandson. Took back to store, long wait, then bought a contract for Geek Squad help. Had to wait several days to get appt then went to store and purchased new gaming computer and necessary parts to build. Then returned to store to get some of the parts that had to ordered and wait again. Then made appt with Geeks to get computer built! Then went to store to pick computer again and waited again. Happy with computer now but lost my tax free opportunity and made at least 7 very time consuming trips into store!
