Would Not Recommend

We were super excited to get this bed as we were getting it for my fiancee. We got the computer in the mail, plugged it in and it wouldn't display anything. The monitor was a 1080p hi def monitor so we made sure it was compatible. We took it back thinking it was a dud, and geek squad informed us that it sounded like a bad motherboard and CPU. Upon further research many other people reported this problem on reditt and other sites. Stay away from this company. We returned it and bought the HP Omen.

Keyboard did not work

However, the keyboard did not work when taken out of the box. We attempted to work with Best Buy to supply us with a replacement keyboard. All we need is the keyboard! Best Buy gave us two options: 1. return the entire computer (during which time our teenager cannot participate in classes); or (2) just buy a new keyboard. Sorry, but neither of those are acceptable options. Best Buy's customer service on this product is horrendous which is unfortunate as the technology is top notch.
