    This is my 2nd time buying because the first one had motherboard problems so im like ok probably it was just bad luck but 2 times in a row???? Come on now this time it’s the graphics card not taking hdmi, displayport or dvi and I tried on 2 different working monitors and cables. both of the Pc’s were used none of them were new *I suggest if they are used please dont sell them back* if it was to work its perfect runs game very smooth no fps drop and the fans are pretty quiet too. NOTE- the first one worked for 3 days and it stopped working. The 2nd one did nothing

    Defective GPU and Windows Installation Files

    BUYER BEWARE!!! I go to turn on the PC and am immediately shown pink pixelated lines (defective GPU artifacts) & BSOD due to corrupt Windows 10 install files. I troubleshoot it by using the Windows Creation Tool and replacing the GPU with the GPU from my old computer. Fine. I register & contact CyberPowerPC about it and after weeks am finally sent an email about the options for an RMA. However, after responding I have heard nothing. It has been weeks and I have a defective part that accounts for almost half of the value of the product.

    USB ports and headphone port

    USB ports does not work well. USB port for Mouse At back side always loose and turn on and off frequently. Headphone port does not work well same happening as the USB port. How to fix about these problems? Is this common problems?

    It was a solid machine for playing games that is until I stopped sending any signal to my monitors and wouldn’t even post. May have been luck of the draw but just build your own please.

    Hard time with connection

    Haven’t been able to use because it won’t connect to my WiFi and even bought a WiFi adapter. All my other electronics are connected. Sucks that now I am way past the deadline to return so I guess will need to sell. Pretty much brand new

    Good gaming pc video card fidnt hold up

    Bought this for my son and he loved it until tirned it on one day and no video. Computer appears to work. Slipped in spare video card and worked. Have contacted AMD But no response so far.

    Didn't work from the start

    Today (6/5/2020), as soon I got home, and seen the tower arrived I immediately opened it up and got it set up in my room. Once I got it all out of the box and took out the packaging foam from inside the tower I attempted to boot it up, but it refused to do so. So, I took off the glass side panel to see if anything came out during shipping, but I could not see anything that did (I still pushed all of the cords in all the way to make sure though). Then I moved to the other side panel to check if anything went out on that side, but it was just a mountain of RGB wiring, and all of the wires from the power supply. It took me quite a while to check everything, but I ended up cutting the zip ties to get a better look at all of it, and that is when I actually cut myself on accident. Anyways after I checked everything from the cpu to the ssd/harddrive, I still couldn't find anything wrong. During the whole process I took my time and tested one thing at a time and after every change I would attempt to boot it up. Overall, it just doesn't work for whatever failure in the hardware. Maybe tomorrow when I go to bestbuy to get it checked on/return it, Ill get a working PC, but otherwise this was by far the worst experience I've had while buying prebuilt PC's.

    Spend more time troubleshooting the rig to be able to play optimally, than I was able to spend enjoying it, save your money and get a better rig. Loved the mouse and keyboard tho, way superior to the stock model of my replacement

    Broke the first week found low end components

    I purchased this because of the price and lack of pc parts on the market to build my own. The first week the gpu went out. I purchased a new gpu as a upgrade.. Returned everything because AMD gpu drivers can cause issues (cheaper to upgrade entire computer). Bought the SLC7800BST with a nvidia 2070. After 20 days later and the psu goes out,p got to love cheap components. Less than 2 months and 2 broke computers. Let's see how cyberpower can fix this. Just wish I could return and build my own with quality parts.
