Beautiful machine, couple flaws

I've had a very smooth time downloading games to it and playing them. Everyone will want to hear about the couple flaws portion, so let's have at it. One of the internal fans hasn't spun since plugging it in, but CyberPower PC was quick to respond to my inquiry regarding the issue and is in the process of sending a new fan to replace it. Overall, I couldn't have found a better deal on a nicer computer.

Excellent gaming PC

I usually build my own computer but the price of this computer was pretty much the same as the parts. Prebuilt systems have come a very long way in the past years and this is a very well built and clean system. You can tell professionals set this up. The best part is that no piece of this system is a weak link. It is built with solid, name brand components. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Good specs but questionable

I had to pull cables and remove zip ties only to find out the connectors that were taped together were not connected under the tape. After connecting and re-taping the connections the lights now work. I cannot find any information about the ASROCK B550AM GAMING motherboard on either the CyberPower website or the ASROCK website. Google only returns 1 result with another person stating the same lack of info. The PC overall is a beast but I also have some concerns with the graphics card. Video playback in games and websites is choppy. Overall for the price of this PC I am not sure it meets my expectations and am contemplating a return due to the lack of info regarding the motherboard, video and quality control issues.
