Was the exact setup i was looking for. Works great

PC has been great so far. Easy to set up and get straight into gaming. Coming from console it's been different getting used to the freedom of a PC. CyberPower offers a pretty awesome computer if you can get it on sale. I purchased at $1050.00. My only gripe is the small SSD. I think a 500GB SSD should be pretty standard.

This machine has been a hassle from the first day it was turned on. Problem #1 - Motherboard The motherboard issued is an ASRock B550AM Gaming with a Bios version of P1.10. This MB is not supported by ASRock so much so that it took almost 2 weeks of digging through forums before I was even able to find someone who mysteriously had a PDF of the manual for it. Worse yet, ASRock does not acknowedge it anywhere on their site, and DO NOT PLAN TO RELEASE BIOS UPDATES. It is technically a rebranded B450 but if you try using the updates for that, let me know how it goes because you run the risk of bricking your machine. That should be enough to stop anyone right there. Problem #2 - Heat I keep my case in a well ventilated cool area in the house, and free of dust or pet hair. yet, for some reason, despite having "hybrid liquid cooling", it is reaching temps of 80+ degrees C. Not good. Now, granted, AMD products can run a little bit warmer, but for what is being advertised, you shouldn't be reaching anywhere near that simply running a game that isn't even that resource demanding. Problem #3 - GPU issues (Not joking, as I was writing this paragraph, this issue just occured yet again as I began to type and last about 10 seconds before coming back.) Numerous people running the GPU in this pre-built have found themselves dealing with black screens due to loss of input from their graphics cards. Across the forums, it seems to be a mystery, with a ton of recommended ideas for fixing, none of which actually resolve the issue. Recently a driver update was released for the GPU by Radeon that described the exact issue, saying that it would be resolved, but to no surprise, even after a successful install, it continues mercilessly. Sometimes it is only a temporary loss. Other times, it will require a full restart. So, buy at your own risk. Maybe you'll get lucky and not suffer from the issues that myself and so many others are having. However, that BIOS situation is something we'll all have to deal with and may cause future problems that won't be able to be fixed without just fully replacing the whole MB to one that actually will be supported and have updates rolled out.

Before purchasing this PC I did a lot of research on similar models, staying in the same price range. I found this to be the BEST value available on the market, and I was able to pick it up curb side the very next day. I have no complaints and would recommend this Pc to anyone getting into gaming.

This might not be fastest computer on the market, but it runs great and allows for some moderate expansion. I have been gaming and doing work on it for months now and am quite pleased. Technical support from Cyberpower and and the component manufacturers has been good.

My PC died. I decided to buy a new one. I shopped around and decided bang for buck there wasn't a ton out there that would beat this. AMD doesn't bother me. I would have spec'd up most things, but I'm happy with it. I put in a larger SSD but I think it's solid as configured for most people.

Great experience as my first PC ever. I had some difficulties setting it up, there are a lot of settings I had to go through before understanding how a PC works; Nonetheless, it's been a great experience into PCs hoping to learn a lot more with this product.

I was in need of a fast PC also a really neat PC. I looked around wasn't sure what I needed. A sales person was able to answer all my questions and needs. I decided to buy a Gaming Desktop CyberPower PC. It works great and its smoking fast! Model SLC7200BST...

She’s thiccer than a snicker and a lot heavier than I thought it would be. A strange noise comes intermittently, suspect number one is the fans. Alright for a start ready for upgrades

Great Tower, it does everything it is supposed to. I didn't realize that it didn't have a CD Drive or ports for an SD card when I bought it but that's okay because it has plenty of USB ports to add on to. Great tower for gaming and everything else I do.

I received the gaming pc and the whole process of starting it up was very easy. The computer is super fast and works great but the only thing that is a problem is the gpu. It is super loud! Other than that, great gaming pc.

Bought this computer for my son and he loves it. The only downside is the windows key usually comes with the computer in the form of a sticker or a flyer but, we had to call the company and have it emailed to us. Otherwise this is a good buy!

Solid build with decent price. Arrived on time with no damage to box. Machine came out and everything works perfectly. I was initially skeptical since I've heard bad things about the company but everything seems to have come in excellent condition

While I have not used for gaming yet, the productivity performance is a noticeable difference above my last Intel PC which I thought was quick. Packaging was good and build quality appears to be clean and looks great. Highly recommend!

The PC is great and looks cool but for some reason I lag on League of Legends. My ping spikes but only in this game. I'm not sure if its a client bug or my Wi-Fi but it only happens when I'm playing on my Cyberpower.

minor flaw in original purchase, but it worked fine. being new and having the flaw I thought it best to exchange at store. Brought in the computer for an exchange and was super pleased. Customer Service was hassle free- Thanks Tracey.

This computer is the finest garbagio. Firstly if I play any sort of graphics demanding game, it warms my room to about 90 degrees even with the air conditioning on. Secondly, one of the fans hits a wire constantly, so there's an ongoing whirring sound. Even if I move the wire, it falls right back to that place where it gets hit. I am not a computer person at all so I do not know how to fix this issue. I wish I could return this computer but at this point it is too late.

We paired this machine with the Acer - XF270H 27" LED FHD FreeSync Monitor (also from Best Buy) and could not be happier. If you are looking for superior performance at a reasonable price, this is the gaming machine for you.

I just purchased this gaming computer few days ago. I have no complains what so ever. It is very quiet and has very nice illumination. I am very impressed with it. It starts very fast and runs just about perfect.
