My son has been wanting to build his own gaming computer to save money, but this pc was such an exceptional value that he won’t need to upgrade for several years and you couldn’t build it yourself for the price!

Be aware that this is a lower middle end PC, there is no expansion by adding drives as there is no space, there a WD green SSD drive stuck to the case. worst of all there is no recovery disk, so when the PC crashed there no way to restore it. I left it sit for over to hours waiting for it to do a recovery, my laptop did not take more than 20 min. you also do not get the promo software from AMD, it seems that they keep it. Sadly I can not recommend this manufacturer based on 4 hours i have spent with it. I will look elsewhere for a new PC.

This is a great gaming PC. However, the liquid cool CPU system made vibrating and noisy sound when game get intensified like that of COD. Ended up returning the system because of that.

We’ve nothing but mad props for this gaming pc. Plays all the massive games with great response time. Paired with a great gaming monitor and we are good to go! Fabulous sale on Black Friday too!

helped our son buy this for Christmas, and it was ready to go pretty much out of the box. he's been enjoying it! the protective glass broke, but the company was quick to respond.

Bought this at the end of April and it is now July. Already had to have a part replaced by Cyber Power PC and I have called tech support multiple times with random driver and graphics card issues. I can’t express to you how wonderful it has been to have a gaming pc. The graphics are beautiful and it is fast. However, this PC has constant driver and graphics card problems. Games that it should destroy will randomly be below optimal. For no reason. AMD Radeon is garbage. Period. I will never buy another computer for the rest of my life that has even touched AMD Radeon software. They do not care about their customers. There are still bugs that they have not fixed spanning years. It’s one thing after another. This was a very big purchase for me and I’m disappointed to say the least. Best Buy’s computer return policy leaves a A LOT to be desired. I would have to sell this computer myself to get my money back so that I can buy a new computer. The lights are beautiful, the mouse and keyboard they send are great, but the constant issues have ruined the experience for me. Pass on this and look elsewhere. I wish I did.

I bought this machine to process my photos. I use several programs at the same time that will eat up processor speed and memory. This one has not failed me yet!

For the money this should be a better system. Had to return within a couple weeks due to power supply burning out. The replacement was a little better. Ive replaced the MB due to a short. I put in a bigger power supply. Had to replace the Ram due to failure after a month. So for the price will not buy again

This PC is really good for homework, playing games, and doing research for a lot of things. I really suggest this PC to those who are trying to find a PC for their work or needs.

Got this on sale for a good price. Everything works nicely. Only issue was the HDD was unplugged, probably from the shipping process. Everything else is good.

Very fast and can play new releases and big sized graphical games with ease. Everyone says build your own but this is a banger for a prebuilt gaming desktop.

This is my first PC and so far so good. I cannot wait to test it out and start gaming on PC as well as console because I don't care for the battle of which system is better.

My son is a new gamer and this desktop hit the mark. It's fast, has a lot of memory and serves both for fun and school work. So happy to say it's a great investment!

Was great with everything ive needed it for at first. At around 10months of having this a couple usb ports stopped working. And then the display ports stopped working. Then something fell off my graphics card fan. Took it to best buy because it was under the year manufacturer warranty and they told me to contact the company and they don't need to help me even though they were the ones to sell me a defective product.

It was easy to unbox and get started. There were a few disconnected cables due to shipping so that's not a big deal. Very excited about this computer.

I bought this computer to get into gaming on the pc, this is an absolutely great PC with great specs for the price! I love it combined with the gaming monitor.

Very fast, ample hard drive space, excellent video card. Very pleased with this purchase and will definitely by from Cyberpower in the future.

It's a great computer but it runs so loud. Fans made a scratching noise which was really annoying.
