Specs advertised 3000 megahertz DDR4 SDRAM, mine was shipped with only 2700 megahertz DDR4 SDRAM. Called Customer Support at CyberPower, and was basically blown off. I'm calling them out in public now. Seems they build these PC's with whatever they have on hand. All I asked for was replacement memory modules to match what I thought I bought. Cannot recommend to a friend due this issue. Could have been a 5 star purchase.

The product is great value giving the price. I picked it up from store, and there has been no issues caused by assembly or any other things. 5 star so far.

other HDMI port is just there for show, doesn't work. Also, there are 3 other dummy ports that are unusable, odd choice.

only had it about 2 days, but for the price I'm very pleased so far. Plays every game i have tried on ultra settings so far. would recommend.

It’s a best choice i think for pc with Radeon card and with price till 1300. But for games GeForce cards are better with the same price.

the PC is very good but the GPU's driver sucks，I need to set up it manually. If you are not technology，plz chose nividia.

Bought this around November of 2019. Love it and haven't had any issues. The components were pretty good and the pc itself was well built.

I thought I would like it but it is too bulky. I'm thinking I will just get myself a laptop with the same specs.

The PC overall is a great PC except for the fact when I play popular online games, such as Call of Duty or World of Warcraft, the graphics card can't handle the frames and the screen will go black. Not only does it go black multiple times during game play but will stay black for multiple seconds. Disappointed with this. That's the only complaint I have with the PC itself.

Good pc well built and could use better quality parts like graphics card and ram but other than that very good pc

this is my first gaming pc and I really enjoy it. I have a lot of catching up to do with todays technology but the pc is exciting

So, I purchased in officially on 04/21 and did all of the software updates, ensured that everything was properly connected. Installed a couple of games. Started playing X-Com Chimera Squad on it on 04/24 and immediately noticed a loud noise coming from within the case somewhere. I couldn't pinpoint it right away but I discovered it was coming from the power supply. Clearly not wanting to void any warranties or anything, I thought maybe this was a temporary issue and it was still new. Played a little longer, noticed that the GPU was reading temps exceeding 80-90c.. Which tbh is extremely hot. Oddly enough, I wasn't experiencing any tearing or framerate issues whatsoever. Just overall displeased at the level of quality.. Though, I chalk it up to it being a prebuilt. I should have gone with my gut instinct and built it myself. Sad.. :/

I have been a Gateway customer for years, but the CyberPowerPC is fantastic and easy on the eyes, as there are no eye strains.

I’ve bought this computer couple days after Black Friday as a deal and overall this computer is a steal of a deal it runs almost any games on the highest setting but my computer seems to have an issue where when I play games in full screen it straight up goes into a black screen and I have no idea sometimes what to do I would give it 5 stars but I’m really confused about this issue

Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews, I always read them, but for this i HAD too Now for the price and components you get this is a amazing deal, but when something is too good go be true, it usually is. A few days after purchasing this PC and playing my 1st game it crashed...no biggie right? It happens, so I go ahead and play another game....Crashed... At this point im still thinking its the games themselves, so I play my 3rd game...everything's working fine and infact it remained that way for 3 days. So this is where the problem really started to happen, after trying to play any of my games the px just crashed and crashed no matter what I tried to do Eventually the pc just stopped working alltogether getting stuck on a boot loop turning on and off indefinately. At that point I had no choice but to return it.

I bought this Game P.C. for my boys. Very excited to utilize the system. Working the way I was expecting!

Really nice PC, but the mouse is not that strong. We have 4 CyberPower PCs at home. Great for gaming .

Love my new computer. Was debating whether to go prebuilt or build it myself, and I am fairly happy about my new purchase.

I didn’t think much of it but since using it I have come to love it and it has met all my needs

Superbly enjoying everything from the massive space for all my games to the excellent graphics card for a great price!
