Brand apparently known for bad Power Supply
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well to start, I brought this pc new and it was implied that it could’ve been damaged or dropped by some employee getting it for pick up... Cool. Either way I get it and start setting it up, little dings in it but nothing major. I then try several HDMI cords, which doesn’t get a display but will on other devices. Did some more research and it turns out the PSU is junk and apparently delivers power in ripples which means not enough power and it can mess up other components.

Do NOT BUY this computer for gaming!

Matter of fact, never buy geek squad tech support either. Amazing the things they asked me to do to trouble shoot these issues. I got this computer 3 days ago, plugged it in, installed all my new drivers and windows updates. I downloaded a not very intensive graphics game - Ori and the will of wisps. Game ran perfectly. Then it started - every 30 or minutes the computer would just restart. I thought maybe it was the game- tried downloading another game, Dota 2 - a 10 year old not graphic intensive game at all. Couldnt finish one game- the computer would restart every 15-30 mins. Between the tech support being non existent from geek squad or cyberpower i decided to just do a full refund and when this corona virus is over im just going to build my own. Sometimes the computer would restart, or "overheat" just sitting on the desktop. A $1200 PC.... DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER
