    Amazing future-proof PC for gaming

The computer is just as advertised. It is ready to play right out of the box, no driver or software installation required. The PC boots up really quickly and is everything I could ask for in a gaming PC. The PC is relatively silent on idle and the RGB lighting works smoothly. I purchased this rig for $1050 on Cyber Monday which was the best value PC I could find at this price point. I would definitely consider CyberPowerPC again in the future if I were to buy another PC.

I was debating building my own PC and had spent a lot of time researching the parts and cost. In the end I decided that this machine on sale was worth grabbing rather than the build so I pulled the trigger. Had a few driver issues to start with but that is an AMD thing (also easy fix) Otherwise I am more than happy with my investment and would recommend if still available to anyone looking for a good gaming machine and a sensible price point.

Okay Computer - Horrible support from CyberPowerPC

When we purchased our computer, for the most part it worked the first couple of days. Then we had issues with the lights. Emailing and calling CyberPowerPC was a waste. For the most part their responses were nothing but arrogant. They were also short and lacked explanation. I also emailed the CEO of the company and there was no response either. We returned to Best Buy. Everyone there was great. The Geek Squad opened the machine for me to check it out. The machine has been working so far. What was interesting was that this was a factory sealed box. There were spider webs in the box. We also opened the machine to find that the cables were taped internally with masking tape to hold the wires together (I have pictures). Read the other reviews online. Be prepared to ask Best Buy for support as CyberPowerPc really won't be there to support you. I purchased the additional support plan from Best Buy and was glad that I did.

I'm an older millennial who remembers time before the internet. Somewhere along the line I switched to consoles and never looked back. Probably because I couldn't afford a proper gaming PC. It's been so long in fact I'd somewhat lost touch with who's making the best gaming PC's out there. After much research I decided that CyberPower's "Fixed Sku" (Cyber Power's words not mine) products sold at Best Buy were going to give me the most "bang for my buck". The box and packing materials are well made and kept the PC well protected during shipping. The foam used to keep the internal components stable ensured everything stayed in place. All the chords inside are well managed. The tempered glass side panel is very easy to remove. I love the removable dust filters that allow for easy cleaning. The RGB fans and liquid cooling pump are hypnotizing. The games run at an amazing resolution and frame rate. I honestly didn't know it was possible to run a game at 214 FPS! The free three months of Xbox game pass was very nice. Metro exodus and Gears of War 5 look better then I can I could have imagined. The only opportunity I have for this product is that I wish there were more HDMI outputs on the back. There's only one HDMI output on the graphics card. Oddly there are 3 other display port outputs. Why not two HDMI and Two Display ports? For a dual monitor set up it's fine to get a couple of display port cables or go one HDMI and one display port. Admittedly this is probably just a personal preference issue. But just struck me as a little odd. All in all, I'm very pleased with my set up after the first week of ownership. If you're gamer you won't regret this purchase.

This computer really pushes out some FPS, zero problems with overheating so far. Left it standard clocked, haven't seen a need to overclock it yet. Only reason I'm rating this purchase as 4 stars is because I didn't get my keys for the free game or the key for the 3 months of xbox live. P.S.: You might have to pull your front radiator fan cover out, otherwise it may start loudly due to the foam pushing it in.

I was looking to replace my 5 years old desktop. The family mainly use the desktop for work and school. This time around, I wanted to get one that could play the latest games. I did my research on the components of the PC (excellent processor, ram, hard drive, and graphics card), and went all-in on this one. My son has taken over playing COD and Valorant. He likes it so much that now he wants to get one for himself.

I usually custom build my PCs and decided it was time for an upgrade. While searching for an RX 5700XT I noticed the bestbuy ad at the top of google and noticed it was on sale for 1049.99. Needless to say you CAN NOT beat that price point for these specs without making sacrifices in your build. I ordered it for store pickup and had it within the hour. Excellent customer service, excellent performance from the PC. I am very pleased :)

I first bought another 1400$ cyberpower pc and initially it was a bust. The pc didn't function really at all, so I returned it and got this model. at the time it was on sale for just 1049$ and I can easily say it was worth the price. I bought this in November and so far have had no problems with the PC. The graphics card was a power color RX 5700XT and the Ryzen 3700x was cooled with a liquid cooler, both of which work fine and came in the box perfectly intact. It has RGB but not full RGB which is a little bit of a disappointment but doesn't detract from my overall experience. Cable management was also pretty good, even in the back. Was it OCD amazing. No. But it was done relatively well and I didn't have to rearrange anything or plug anything back in. The keyboard that came with the system is different than the one that I have seen come with other models. This one felt better quality than the multimedia keyboard and plus it had a volume scroll on it and also had back lighting. It also came with a standard mouse. Now, personally I had no use for either of these things considering I already had my own keyboard but for anyone getting started on pc gaming I would definitely recommend this build to them, Although I recommend waiting for it to go on sale because I noticed it does that quite often. So in final, I am happy with my system and will definitely recommend it.

I bought this a few months ago and it has served me well. No major issues that I've seen with gaming on Pubg, sims 3/4, streaming and such. My only concern is the internet. It wasn't able to connect to our wireless internet at home, keeping me stuck at 6mbps. I'm currently looking into this as its hard to do anything online when I can't get good speeds. Performance wise, this pc doesn't have any problems.

Got this for the $1050 deal and couldn't be more happy. Was pleasantly surprised when I got the dual fan pro-color 5700xt instead of the blower model. Everything was put together well and had no issues with fan connectors or other quirks I was afraid of. Building this yourself will cost you around the same price, but you save a lot of time and get a nice keyboard and mouse too. Good job cyberpower.

Buying a new computer was very hard. I read all the reviews and there were lots of brands out there that I never heard of..... so it was tough to buy a Cyperpowerpc because I simply didn't know much about it. It has been everything I had hoped for and more. Great computer, lightning fast, it was not pre-loaded with a bunch of crap. The lights are super cool and I am very happy.

We bought this for our 16 year old son who has been wanting a gaming computer. The computer looks really cool and runs well. The only complaint is the one fan rattles like crazy, so pretty annoying being that it's brand new and what we consider expensive. We called CyberPowerPC and now have a new fan being shipped. So A+ to their customer service.

In terms of functionality, this PC runs well. I've had this PC for one year and have seldom had issues with games, that being said some games such as Arma 3 give me a bluescreen. The processor AND graphics card run a little on the warm side which may be a con to some folks. But a major con for me is the RGB software installed on this PC. No way to change the default lighting, you will have to change it every time you start the computer. The lighting default setting is annoying to be frank and the quality of the lights is not what I was expecting at all from a $1400 PC. The case feels strong and the finish looks very nice. However the wiring on the inside is not as neat as I was expecting. For the money, you could find a better PC out there - for a little more you could find something that will likely function better than this in every way.

I exchanged this PC for a different cyperpowerpc with same specs but this time with a 2070 Super. With the 5700xt, I updated the drivers, I updated the chipset, I updated bios, I updated windows but I kept getting black screen. I couldn’t play for 5-6 minutes on warzone when the screen would go black. I tried with other games as well and same problem. The PC would still be powered on, fans were still on, rgb lights. I googled the problems and it’s an ongoing issue with the drivers. AMD has acknowledged this in there update logs. I hope it gets fixed for everyone else because it’s a beast of a card. When it was working for those 5-6 minutes it was getting 150FPS in warzone. Also the RGB lights weren’t plugged in the motherboard. That was an easy fix.
