Loving this pc so far. Graphics are amazing, and it can keep up with high speed gaming. I will need to expand the RAM eventually, but it has the extra slots available for it. I'm also having some trouble getting the additional lights to work with the extra board that came with it. I'm not extremely tech savvy to be fair. Minor issues considering the great value!

If your thinking about a gaming PC. This is it . This PC will show you what you have been missing playing games in the past ..in fact you will want to play all your old games all over again... Top of line video card...with great processor Enough ram. And a big solid state drive of 1 tb This is amazing!! Don't wait!!!

Overall buying a Cyberpower PC from Best Buy was a positive experience. The build quality was very good, and the computer ran perfectly out of the box and looked awesome. I felt the pricing was very fair as well. Very helpful support team as well!

We purchased this computer as a family Christmas present. We have been using this computer with an Oculus Rift S and it has done everything we can throw at it. It looks great and is fast! It’s a great computer for the money.

I wish the instructions were a little better but over all great product I'd like to add more storage at a later date buy its more then capable to run anything I want at ultra settings and its got plenty of usb to hook up all you need the only downside was the keyboard and mouse weren't in good condition the keyboard had 2 number 3s on the number pad instead of a 5 and the mouse buttons fell through on the first day but the desktop is amazing I wish the color changing software worked properly but that's fine

I am happy with it now that I figured out where everything connects. There could have been some clearer instructions about where the display should connect and the preferred type of cable. The performance has been great!

Couldn’t be more happier with this purchase. MSI graphics card and other parts folks had already mentioned in previous reviews. I play Project Cars 2 on a 4k monitor and the experience is fantastic. Super quiet.

I’ve been using this PC for a few weeks now and am very satisfied with the product. Though the quick setup guide could’ve provided more clear instructions, I managed to get it up and running after some time. Despite the troubles with the setup, it is a very good product for its price and a very good product overall. The PC is quiet, doesn’t overheat, and has a great build. A highly recommended product if you have some extra money lying around.

Best set up for gaming, goo graphics and good fps. never had a problem with it and it has been working great since day one.

This PC is the the fastest and great graphics. Haven't fully tested the limits of it yet.

Decided it was time to upgrade my rig but rather than build one myself I decided to buy this pre-built since it was on sale. I've had great experience with CyberPower before so I was not nervous about the purchase. The PC itself was easy to install out of the box. I was up and running in about 20 minutes. I mostly play FPS games like battlefield and this rig runs it at about 200 FPS with no lag or stutter in high settings. The RTX 2080 Super is a beast of a card. There is plenty of space in the desktop for future upgrades. The ASUS motherboard is also a great item and there's also lots of room for upgrades in the future. It runs pretty quiet and the RGB colors around the desktop are a nice plus (can be changed with a button on the desktop). The desktop did come with an "Addressable RGB card" that I was unsure of the use. It seems if you want to manually control the RGB colors with the ASUS software you have to install it in place of the one that CyberPower installs on the PC. As an avid gamer and PC builder, I highly recommend this PC if you don't feel like taking the time to build one.

I picked up this PC from BestBuy this week, and I love it! This thing is seriously powerful and looks amazing. The i9 cpu is amazing and the graphics card is stellar. Would recommend to anyone!

I purchased two in 10-2019. I purchased the Greek Squad plan on both of them. I also purchased 4 more Ram Memory sticks for both computers. They came with 2 memory sticks I installed the two new ram sticks in both systems. Computer started locking up every couple of hours. Took them to Greek Squad they found that the Ram Memory didn't match. So they took the four new memory sticks and put in one system and the two remaining that matched in the other system. Note: We have had computers since 1987 8088 processor then 286 processor so we are not new to computers. We have built all of our computers since 1990. This is the first package system we have purchased since 1990. My last systems I-7 processor lasted 7 years and both still working fine. Just wanted to upgrade. So if I get 5 to 7 years out of this these I'm good with that. Less problems then building new one. So far I'm happy with both them. I got files going back to 1981. We started scanning documents decades ago. Note remember to backup often.

Previous gaming PCs Alienware & Cyber PC ibuy Power. All of them with respectable gaming capabilities. This set up is the best yet. All the components are perfect together & powerful. Can not say enough good about this one.

I don't know about computers! Fired it up for my son Christmas Day, fans would run and light up for 2 seconds - shutdown and repeat. I shutdown and checked all the cable plugs. Started back up and from both RAM boards lose. Now it would run but no signal to the monitor. Pulled plug and both boards and reinstalled ---- Dad is a hero. Only took all day to get it going. At least I got a deal (-$300) on sale.
