2 different units with component issues.

So I took the unit back and exchanged it. This unit I have now is having an issue with the radiator fan on the back rattling. Interestingly the fan that was broke on the first unit was just absent in the case they sent for the second one. Yes, you are reading that correct there were a different number of fans and a different case for two identical items from cyberpower, which just seems very odd to me. The actual PC preforms great but its insane to spend this much on a PC and have component issues in both of them. And to get two different cases with two different number of fans. I'm currently trying to see if the fan rattle is something I can fix or if it is an issue with the bearings in the fan because frankly I already waited long enough to receive this thing after waiting for it twice.

Best spec for the price

The only difference is ram frequency which can be configured. If you are looking for the same specs, you have to pay more than $2,000. This is the best deal and I am really satisfied with this computer.

Help with crashing

It varies sometimes it will let me play 1 or 2 games then crash but other times it will crash right when I load the game. Does anyone have any advice for me i am jsut trying to game.

PC has gave me no issues

Once up and running, it appears to be a great PC.

It came with 500 gig and was supposed to have 1 terabyte. Had to send it back. Next one took a week to get. It was, however, configured correctly.

FlightSim 2020

Great PC for the most part

They also may have given 16GB of RAM but it was very slow and cheaper RAM. It also could be better of it had more storage.

Sad experience

Had to return it. Then bought another defective computer. Building my own now. These premade computers are problematic.

Two words: Blue Screen

Swapped out graphics card, power supply, RAM, unplugged all other peripheral and still no joy. Now I see from reviews it might be the ssd. I’ll try that.
