I had an Alienware laptop and enjoyed it immensely but wanted to run my xplane game in full load. I saw this Desktop and was excited. I received it four days ago...I will be returning it to BestBuy TODAY! The keyboard and mouse were cheap quality...I mean CHEAP!!! The Desktop worked perfectly but I couldn't run the game on even half load...less than my old Alienware! To imagine that this happened on an EVGA 2080 Super beats my imagination... I am disappointed...very disappointed.

Just picked this one up today. No issues out of the box. Like the other reviewer, also got the Crucial Ballistix DDR4-3000 CL15 memory (Micron chips) not the 2400 in the product description. XMP was pre-enabled in the BIOS. Turned on ASUS MCE and got all cores to run at 5Ghz. Ran Furmark CPU burner and the temps maxed out at 94c after a few minutes before settling back down to around 88c after a few more minutes (not sure why it did that because the speed stayed @ 5Ghz all throughout the test). GPU is an MSI Ventus set @ 1650 with a boost of 1830. GDDR6 by Samsung running at 1938 mhz according to GPUz. Ran 3DMark** and UNIENGINE benchmarks with no issues. FPS was quite impressive to say the least. The fans are reasonably quiet. No free games were included with the 2080 super??? Came with no remote to control the RGB lights either...

For the third time since i bought this pc, it will not do anything other than turn on the lights for the fans. It will not post. There is no signal to the monitor, keyboard or mouse. Im stuck with a useless blinking box of garbage. Never again will i buy from bestbuy

I received this computer for Christmas and for the past few days, it has been fantastic! It's fast, powerful, and pretty. It performs very well and stays quiet. My only problem with it is that when I first turned it on, one of the fan lights was off. However, this isn't a problem because the notice that shipped with the PC said to check that all connections were connected because sometimes they get disconnected during shipping. I managed to reconnect the fan to the LED board with ease. The cable management is good, everything is secure, and it runs superbly. Everything you're getting for this price is an amazing deal. On the other hand, I would recommend buying another drive for storage because if you play a lot of games, you'll use up all the space on your drive very quickly. Other than that, great PC at an unbelievable price.

Awesome PC, easy start up, everything runs smoothly. I am able to stream 1080p & run 240fps at the same time with no problems. PC will come w/3 parts that you don’t need to put in as they are just duplicates. Make sure that all the parts are tightened and put in place properly as some of them were loose. All in all, a really good investment.

Bought this desktop to replace the previous one that I had which I gave to my son. This desktop is really quiet and way faster than my previous one. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

Picked up this computer when it was on sale for over 200.00 less I have been building my own comps for years but just got lazy, because this comp already had the basic components I was looking for I took a chance on it and this thing really is fast and it looks great too,good rgb lighting without being gaudy you can cycle through the colors with the little button on top of the case.The mouse and keyboard are not that great so I use them on a secondary comp

After doing thorough research for Gaming Desktops with Max Specs at a reasonable price, I found this wonderful machine here at Best Buy. Since receiving the machine, I've had no issues and I'm able to play modern games at the highest settings without any frame drops. I highly recommend this PC for serious gamers and work productivity.

I cannot stress this enough. It is so quiet you forget it’s on if you turn off the LEDs. the one complaint I have is not having a second HDMI port but other then that it’s such a great machine I love it.

the bestbuy website did not do a good job explaining the product before i bought it. i had to do A LOT of exterior research. ive only had the device 3 days now and everything seems to be running easy. i wish the manufacture would provide a video on their website about how to hook up the RGB card also.
