You get what you pay for. Is working great and will handle everything we throw at it from Battlefront with everything maxed to running lots of programs at a time.

Originally purchased the computer in January where it had to be shipped to the store. Picked it up and took it home to hook it up. The "pretty" lights came on, but nothing else. Contacted the store, set up an appointment with the Geek Squad. They checked it and determined that the motherboard was bad. That computer was sent back and another was ordered to replace it. Three weeks later the second computer arrived. Hooked it up, again "pretty" lights came on, but could not get anything to display on the monitor. Called support again, and again took it back to the store to be checked. This time they could not tell me what was wrong with it. Sent the second computer back and a third computer was ordered. Third computer arrived within two weeks. This time I had the Geek Squad hook it up, before I left the store. Needless to say ... the THIRD computer did not work. After three different computers, none of which worked, I finally gave up and had them return the system rather than replace it. Currently looking at NON-CyberPowerPC computers. Shout out to Best Buy and their Geek Squad for all their excellent customer service though. They worked hard and tried their best, but with the manufacturer providing sub-par equipment they can't work miracles.

2mo tha out of warranty and kaput there goes my $2000.00. Started as instability, pc forget who it was, I might have to re-sign up for windows an email or one drive. But never an error code.etc. Took to local pc shop total wipe ( in case of virus) reinstalled win 10. hired Microsoft for remote access , as well as mcafee, no one ever found an error code. Finally just shut of after 45 min of ms flight, was taking a break for about15 mins poof. Overheat error. Sometimes operates for hours other times operates for minutes and of course I’m out of warranty how convenient. For two grand I should not have any problems for five years I should not have any issues of any kind it’s overpriced and it’s cheap cheap something cheap parts cheap cooling system at least and not getting error codes as what put me in a bad spot because I can never prove anything I could just tell him what’s going on. We’re gonna deal with another manufacturer now looks like I’ll be around 1300 for everything will be better or same in fact will be the 2070 super at half the price SSD and additional internal drive as well, 3 ya ear parts and labor shipping warranty. Personally I think there’s a short somewhere and once I get the new PC running on my break into this one warranty doesn’t matter and see what if I can’t salvage it and go ahead and go back to using it for an vr/3D editor.

For the last 10 years I've built my own systems for me, family and friends. This year I decided to build another gaming system for my son and me with i9-9900K CPU and NVidia 2070 RTX GPU. After pricing all parts from different online stores, I checked CyberPowerPC offering on BestBuy site to determine cost savings. Despite the fact that both CPU and GPU were released this fall, this system matched almost identically configuration and the cost of my built. For the first time in a decade I saw no reason to spend time and effort on construction. After bringing the system home I examined internals and I was thoroughly impressed with neatness and detail-oriented assembly. All wires were carefully bundled and hidden, the case looks great and I could not think of a better way to put the system together. Everything was set up for plug and play, only few most recent Windows 10 updates had to be done in a manner of minutes. 3 year warranty is another great plus. Overall, I am very pleased with my choice and I think CyberPowerPC lives up to their vision (as posted on their website): "Our computer systems are assembled carefully, rigorously tested and built to last for the long run."

I can run 4 large HD monitors with some very resource heavy programs running at the same time. Just to test the system, I ran 3D modeling on Photoshop, Revit, Chief Architect, AutoCad, and 3D movies all at the same time. In the backround I opened Adobe Acrobat, Word, And had 10+ tabs open on 3 different Browsers at the same time. *Note: I did upgrade this system to 32Mb or RAM, but with all of that running I was only using 30% of available memory, and 40% of CPU. This is the deal of the century for a machine this powerful.

When I was looking to upgrade my computer I decided I wanted one that was powerful enough to last several years. I looked at many of the well known brands and then some not so well known before deciding on the CyberPowerPC. It meets all of my needs and then some. I really didn't need the Led parade of colors buts it can be turned off so no big deal to me. The CPU and Video card are awesome as well as the overall build of the system which I find excellent. The SSD hard drive was a real bonus since startups are practically instantaneous. I highly recommend this system.

Even though this pc has a Zotac Rtx 2070, it still runs Rainbow 6 Siege at ultra settings at around 100 fps. I've been playing a lot of battlefield 5, and been using the real time tracing with around 70 fps during the whole campaign. I've recently overclocked my the I9-9900k to 5.0 ghz which makes running any game a breeze. The pc is very quite after overclocking the CPU and is a big upgrade from my old pc.

So my first desktop I built myself so I'm no newcomer when it comes to computers but when I first got this computer I priced everything out the same or as close as possible on pcpartpicker and the value of not having to deal with putting it together yourself was worth the very small difference in price. The system itself is awesome. I can load games faster and even though I could already play on high settings on my gtx 980 I get much better fps with my 1440p setup. If you don't know how to build your own computer or can't, this is a great computer to get.

2.5 years later, and this machine has given me 0 issues. It's still blazing fast, I added 2 m.2 drives and upgraded the ram, that's all! Very happy with my purchase.

I did a lot of homework, including building computers on sites that let you customize systems. This was the most bang for the buck. If you compare the motherboard in this computer to other brands, you'll see it's not the best, but it's way better than most of the competition. The computer started right up, downloaded and installed Windows 10 updates in about 10 minutes total, and has run flawlessly. It appears to be a great computer. I called in to ask about the free software bundled with it and the CS personnel speaks fluent English and communicated perfectly. That was a surprise. They are definitely in the US. I absolutely would recommend this computer and the manufacturer to others. Buy with confidence.

Happy with this computer! Noticed a huge difference going from console to pc- the intel i9-9990 and nvidia 2070 are expensive on their own so having it in this setup for this low price is awesome!

I was hesitant to buy a prebuilt since I saw a lot of bad stories online, but this thing is beautiful. I took a shot on it and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It was very well put together and the wiring was pristine. The only time people really write reviews is when they have a bad experience, so that always has to be taken into consideration when doing research on your purchases. This thing is a beast and definitely overkill for the gaming I bought it for but I’m happy to be future proof through the next few years, which was my intention and hope with this rig.

I didn’t know what to expect being my first ever pc but it runs everything really fast and the pc itself looks really nice with the rgb lighting.
