bought this pc about 2 months ago runs great. price is great the only flaw that I'm not happy with is that the pc tends to overheat from time to time and it shuts off i works great while playing but i see that it also doesn't run the best when you stream.. would recommend still like the product

Just getting into PC gaming coming from Xbox One X. Hooked on 4K gaming and videos. I don't play competitively rarely online with other players may change that soon; usually single player games. This PC will easily download multiple games at the same time while playing other games. But for what I need this computer for it surpasses all my requirements plus some. So far no problems and very happy with my purchase and value for my money.

Have only had the computer a few days however I think I can safely say well done cyberpower! The last gaming computer I bought was a Alienware laptop and it is nothing compared to this beast. As long as you don’t overclock you should be fine with heat. Runs super smooth and is runs pretty quiet. Would defiantly recommend. Will be buying another pc from cyberpower when I upgrade further!

Great computer, i9 lives up to the hype, its a true monster. Cyberpowerpc as a whole hasn't won me over as company, but I got a great sale price and could not buy the individual components for the price of the completed unit.

This is my first ever gaming PC and so far it has been a great experience. The PC has worked perfect so far and its performance has exceeded my expectations. Look forward to gaming on this PC for years to come.

Super easy to set up, great graphic card. You should have an Ethernet to get best connection.

Runs games well. Looks cool. I like the computer. Easy setup. Light display is awesome and comes with remote to change the case lighting.

While this may seem like a great purchase it is not. the motherboard that came with mine is an ASROCK Z390 Phantom Gaming 4-CB. Notice the -CB? It's what makes ASROCK not take any responsiblity for it, nor provide updates. The bios on their site will not be recognized by the board and Cyberpower has no bios updates for the board on their site. Each one is pointing the finger at the other. Do yourself a favor and source the parts yourself, build yourself, and end up with a manufacturer supported rig.

My Asetek liquid cooler leaked over my graphics card. Asetek has a 3 year warranty and would cover the cost of repair. However, Cyberpowerpc refused to help with the warranty coverage since they only provide 1 year to customers. They wouldn't have had to pay, just use the warranty. I paid over $800 for a new graphics card and repair. AVOID LIQUID COOLERS and CYBERPOWERPC!!!

I don’t know what happened to my computer it die won’t work out for tuning on

I have had so much trouble with this computer. Get BSODs pretty much daily, call CyberPowerPC and they just tell me to do what I already have tried. I'll be bringing it in to Best Buy tomorrow and let them deal with this headache.
