The computer works as advertised. At least the parts that work are fast. However, they shipped a computer without a working hard drive. The flash drive worked, fortunately, but the 2 TB hard drive was completely inoperative. They responded to email requests for help with a MINIMUM of 24 hours delay. A look inside the box revealed that the SATA plug for the hard drive was not attached. It seems likely that a cyberpower tech had discovered the drive wasn't working, was troubleshooting it, and then forgot and packaged up the PC for delivery. Many (slowly answered) emails later, they finally sent me an RMA to return the hard drive. On March 9th, they sent me an email saying they'd received the package. There has been no communication since then and no indication that they've taken any action.
These people will take your money but do not have the slightest interest in quality or product support. If you buy a computer from CyberPower, be sure to get the extended warranty so you can get help from the Geek Squad. Better yet, buy another computer.
