Great prebuild!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: After purchasing this desktop for productivity and gaming, it's great! I really love the color which gives it a pop and makes it more eye catching. The way the CybertronPC did cable management was splendid and nicely tucked. The mouse that comes with it is nice for small handed people and is very smooth and subtle. The side panel is not tempered glass so you don't have to worry about it shattering all over your setup. Cons: The desktop can be loud depending on your preferences. The hard drive and ssd (solid state drive) could've been hidden better and i kinda don't enjoy it sticking out. The keyboard is kind of spongy for my liking. If it was mechanical, I really would've been a great keyboard and can compare to those on the market. I wouldve also enjoyed the keyboard if there was a wrist rest. The side panel also isn't tempered glass so it wont look as cool and uses thumbscrews to keep it in place. Your fingerprints will also be the side panel and the front panel. Overall: This is a great desktop if you're not wanting to build one yourself and or a lazy type like me. It's simplistic and you can mess around with the led light strips that are already applied on the inside of the case. There are things that can be revised by CybertronPC which are having the storage kept in a hard drive tray, improvements in the keyboard and side panel. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Thank you!

As to the other observations mentioned, while a very stylish and eye-pleasing chassis, its size does limit the locations where drives can be mounted. However, should you wish to change the mounting location(s), doing so will *not* void the warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support we provide. In fact, whether rearranging existing components, or installing new ones, any modification that does not damage the computer will not void the warranty or support.
The side panel should be tempered glass, and quite strong and safe. If you did not receive a tempered glass panel and would like one, please mention this when you contact our Friendly Customer Service Team. Fingerprints, while as with any glass / glossy surface can be difficult to avoid, they should easily clean up with a simple wipe from a cloth.
While the keyboard has been generally very well received, we greatly appreciate your feedback, as the opinions of our customers are very valuable to us. We listen to them, using the information to help guide the decisions of our product design team.
