We're glad you like your Electrum!
As to the CD/DVD reader, many newer gaming-style chassis, including this one, forego the external drive bays.
However, you can certainly add an external optical drive, if you so choose, and doing so will not void the warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support that we provide!

Lied about the HDMI

Please know that with regards to the number of monitors, while 3 may be beyond the default capabilities of the system, one of the best things about a CybertronPC system is the fact that modifying the configuration does not void the Warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support we provide.
This means that you can upgrade the system as you see fit, to adapt to your changing needs over time, and do so with confidence.
