The first one we received was dirty inside and scratch. We called and they sent a replacement right away and a call tag for the first one. Great service.

This thing is a beast. So much faster than my last computer.

PC was received with a broken foot and case. Didn't think too much about it, but could not get it to boot up either. Took it into Best Buy immediately and they determined the motherboard had been fried somehow. Best Buy employees provided great service in getting me a similar pc off the shelf that night.

Great gaming computer. Fast with great graphics on my 46in TV.

I am so happy with my CybertronPC system. This system has exceeded my expectations once I got to throw everything at it at once. It does not slow down a bit with multiple windows open and several programs running. The video card could be better -but it is built into the price range I could afford and it is making me happy! You would have to spend 300.00 or more over the price here at Best Buy to try to build this yourself - so why build when someone else will? Customer and technical service are amazing - it is so wonderful to actually speak to an American who was born and raised here. Plus - although the components may be built outside the US this machine is put together here - and I firmly believe in supporting American jobs! I can say I had extensive communication with technical support and customer service. The 1st unit arrived damaged by the shipper. I have never been treated so well as I was by mostly Adam and Sam awaiting the replacement product arrival. The staff is incredibly well mannered and polite. And - no language barrier - I have had such a hard time in the past with other brands and their out sourcing of customer service to other countries that do NOT understand you or your computers problem. So - buy this if you are looking for either a great starter gaming machine, have a ton of programs using a great deal of Flash, or just need an all around great machine to can upgrade as you desire. Besides - no other computer company has ever treated me with such respect and kindness in their tech and cust ser departments - that means so much to me - a dependable staff from a company who cares. This is defiantly an up and coming company - they are growing at an amazingly fast rate due to their outstanding product. I do play a few games, do lots of photo editing, do a few friends billing invoices, plus the usual social media and web surfing. This system does it all - now a hard core gamer would not be happy with the GT 640 Nvida card, but at this price they can upgrade the video card and psu if needed - but it will do fine for me now. Again, I will say the customer and tech support is outstanding and that means so much in a time when cust svc lacks at so many of the big name companies, but NOT at CybertronPC - they are almost as if it is their "Mission Statement" to have every customer happy with their purchase - no matter if you buy their lower end or high end units. Truly something to be proud of - great customer service!

Whenever I review a computer the case is always, and as a computer builder something that is always important. This case is only 7.5 inches wide. This means that quite honestly...(at least I wouldn't) get it for that very reason. The larger GPU's just won't have room to fit in the case. Besides the size though, this is a dandy little computer. It's priced fairly nicely. The GT640 is averaged fairly equally with a Radeon 7750. I believe it draws a little more power than the 7750 though but not a whole lot more. Here are some basic benchmarks results to get an idea of what you are looking at: Battlefield 3: 20-26FPS at 1920x1080 Elder Scrolls: 28-33 FPS at 1920x1080 Diablo III : 40-50 FPS at 1920x1080 Crysis 2: 10-20 FPS at 1920x1080 (but Crysis is a very heavy game anyway so you really need a better card to even get better marks!) The card is priced fairly nicely as well at around 100$. The card has a mini hdmi port, and two DVI ports. The Asus brand comes with a D-Sub port as well. The good thing about Cybertron is that they have decent tastes in PSU unlike other gaming companies who use Xtremegear and such. It most likely has an Antec or some other decent brand. This means the PSU will be able to hold almost anything you throw at it. (Unless you going to add multiple cards/do a major upgrade maybe) The motherboard you can't really expect much of considering it maxes at 16GB ( which is plenty anyway and the price of the product) The CPU while not the newest out there has plenty of power and won't steer you wrong. It won't bottleneck on newer GPU's. I gave this four stars purely because of the case size. You won't be able to do many GPU upgrades to this computer I do not believe but for the basic/beginner gamer I would suggest looking into this! You could always transfer the items to a new case I suppose.

I love my new Red Cybertron PC! My husband purchased one a few months ago and after seeing the performance for game play, I had to have one! The setup was easy. The price is great! I would definitely recommend this to gamers.

I think it took me longer to take the PC out of the box than it did to set it up. I plugged everything in and after a few quick windows updates I was up and running. I installed Google Chrome and all my favorites and password were there so everything was seamless. So far everything is working better than i could have hoped and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I gave this a 3 out of 5 stars, not solely because of the computer itself, but because of CybertronPC's apparent lack of competence. First, the computer itself. I haven't began really testing just how much this computer can handle things such as intensive games, though I'm sure it does that just fine. However, the computer's wifi capabilities are absurdly poor. I currently have no way to run an ethernet cable from my room to my router, so I made sure I found a pc with wifi capabilities. The antenna itself is ridiculously weak, and cannot pass through my desk very well. In fact, just touching the antenna or shifting it slightly causes my internet to go down for a while. The only way to get it to download things at a semi-decent rate is to take it out of my desk, which I should not have to do. Anyway, the main reason I gave this a less than satisfactory score: incompetence. I had been eyeing this particular computer model on the Best Buy website for a few months, but ultimately decided to order directly from the manufacturer because the ones on Best Buy seemed to be a year or more old, and I wanted something current and up to date. I also bought this computer because I love gaming and I was incredibly sick and tired of my old laptop's poor processing speed, RAM size, etc. I wanted to be able to play games and simultaneously have them look good and run at a good frame rate. I'm sure I got that, despite not being able to play any games yet because of the finicky wifi on this thing. It's been about 6 hours since I set this up and finished installing the programs I needed the most, and I am STILL downloading Team Fortress 2. Cybertron's apparent lack of competence shows in the fact that my pc did not even come with a power supply cable. Am I expected to already have one just waiting for the pc when it gets to my house? I should certainly hope not. I had to temporarily use the power cable from my PS3 until I can get out and buy another one, because I'm not switching the cable back and forth between my pc and PS3 when I want to use one or the other. I certainly can't use both at the same time right now. The monitor I bought with this (an Asus, but through Cybertron) came with a power cable; all necessary cables in fact. So good on Asus, in that respect. I ordered this pc to be made for me on the 8th of August (a Saturday). The payment didn't get processed until Monday, which wasn't a problem because they don't work weekends. However, how long it took to build the pc, test it, whatever, is what really made me angry. I know that the website says to allow up to 2 weeks for this process, but it honestly shouldn't. The pc did not ship off on the expected date, the 17th, and instead barely went into the testing stage on the 17th. It didn't get shipped off until the 19th. I would not be as angry as I am if more transparency was used in terms of WHY the pc was taking so long to be built (such as "waiting on parts from manufacturer," for example, in the notes for each stage of production), but there was none. Although I probably would recommend this particular build of pc to someone, I probably would not recommend buying it from CybertronPC. I would probably recommend they go to a local computer shop that builds them and have them build it for them. So this is not really a bad rap on the computer itself, but on CybertronPC. I don't really want to tarnish the reputation of this computer, because it seems like a lot of people are happy with it, but I had no other choice. I spent over $900 on this all together. I expected so much more out of this.

I got this computer for my son, and he loves it! It came just as expected and also came with a free upgraded GPU! (it said it would come with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 but it came with a Geforce GT 740) I would recommend this to anyone who wants to start out in PC gaming.

I'm pretty skeptic about systems that send you a bag FULL of extra parts; it makes me think that things weren't assembled correctly. And I was correct. Out of the box the PC looked okay, with the exception of the faceplate being EXTREMELY warped. The fan vents on top stick and the button box on the front that control the fans wasn't even attached on the interior; I can PUSH it into the PC quite literally. But so faaaaaar... the performance is excellent. It runs smooth and plays my games great. Would I ever buy a Cybertron machine again? No. I fear that if they don't care about the assembly of the machine then in the long run the performance may be shoddy. Who knows. I have a Gateway that is 11 years old that I still use for general stuff, it's a tank. I have an HP that is 6 years old that I replaced with this, but it's still running strong, it just can't handle the new games. If this computer breaks itself before the 5 year mark because of apathy in production, I'll be sure to let the company know. In a nutshell, if you need a cheap gaming PC, this is fine, but you get what you pay for, mediocrity.

It is a great computer for anyone who is looking to get into computer gaming, and either doesn't know how or doesn't have the skill set to personally build one on their own. My only complaints were the directions on how to set it up, I was UN aware that in order to hook it up through hdmi you must first buy an adapter. (Wish it would have come with the piece.)

I bought this machine to replace a Gateway that lost it's motherboard. I'm not a gamer but I was looking for something other that your basic computer. I love this machine! I've already used parts from my old machine to raise the RAM to 24 gigs, added a 2nd DVD drive and a 2nd hard drive.

this is an awesome computer and i have no regrets over buying it. i would buy it again in a instant. the speed of the computer is just what i was looking for, i might up grade the graphics card but for any gamer the one that comes with it will do fine.

I was in love with this PC right out of the box, I put all my pictures on it, I played games with it, i sometimes talked to it with a little baby voice when the girlfriend wasn't around. One month later it grew up and decided to take all that love and attention and throw it out the window. It started as something small, All the USB 3.0 (that's half of all the USB plugs on the PC) died. I called Cybertron repair, I was underwhelmed by the service in the office to say the least. After doing a lot of work myself the tech then told me that i'd have to pay to have it shipped to them so they could replace the motherboard, while reading the sheet they send for RMA it also says i may be responsible for return shipping, and also any parts that need to be replaced other than the specified problem part (so now my HDD is wiped i'd be responsible for that) All withing 43 days. Lucky me, i remember that the return window for BB for elite plus members is 45 days, so instead i called them they offered to replace the product for no charge. So As a whole Best Buy maintained their end of the bargain, Cybertron can probably go take some lessons on customer retention. I would not buy from them again knowing what i know now.

Purchased in August 2015. Got Windows 8.1 originally. Bought another 16 GB memory on top of the original purchase. Was prompted to upgrade to windows 10 about a couple of month ago. Was not able to get access to my own windows account (it authenticates me but does not log me in - searched with google, one article mentioned about potential licensing issue) about one month ago and then my experience went south. Don't know whether it is something caused by Windows 10 or there is anything Cybertron could have done to either avoid getting into this situation, or improve my user experience. After talking to the customer service people of Cybertron multiple times, I then had to purchase another internal hard drive, installed windows 8.1 on it, which took me a couple of days (including contacting Cybertron to get help and trying to figure out what to purchase and then setting up the system). After that, I now have my windows 8.1 back and is still able to access my old files on the original drive. Still days ahead to re-install the softwares I lost and clean up the mess. The original hardwares seem to be good so far. The customer service guys were mostly good also. It is a pity that I had to spend days of time to fight with this issue that was not caused by my own mistake.

This computer is great, it runs all my game with max settings. League of legends: 60+ FPS Max settings Minecraft: 120+ FPS Max settings These are primarily the only games that i play because i just made the move from xbox to PC gaming and i can say that this computer gets the job done!

This computer is absolutely awesome! It is really fast and plays games really well! I like it because it's upgrade-able too! I will soon try and put a gtx 760 on this beast to have it running games at max! The memory and cpu speed is awesome and the fans keep the computer cool. The graphics card is an "ok" card to play not so very high demanding games but it runs well. I'm happy with my purchase!

So we bought 2 of these for the house, amazing for gaming! I love the fans and how the speeds are adjustable, when its on for long periods of time I can turn up the fan. They run pretty quiet. Runs my games great, a fan of Steam and its games to give you an idea. I would highly suggest you get this computer.
