First, we would like to thank you for initially choosing CybertronPC and to sincerely apologize for the less than satisfactory out-of-box experience you encountered.

Second, please know that had you contacted our Friendly Customer Service Team, we would have gladly - and swiftly - remedied the issue for you.

Third, we would like to mention some of the lengths we go to, to minimize issues experienced by our customers.

Before we ship a computer, it is examined throughout the assembly and integration process by no fewer than 4 different people. Each system is then thoroughly tested and examined prior to being packaged and shipped.

We also take great care in the packaging of the systems we ship. No matter how well the system is put together, it doesn't matter to a customer, if their system doesn't survive shipping. In addition to the external protection of a specially designed and rugged box, there are custom-fitting protective materials surrounding the system, suspending it in a shock-absorbing frame. All of this reduces the chance of an owner of a CybertronPC system experiencing an issue.

However, we understand that as with any product, no matter how high the quality of the components, how expertly the assembly, integration and testing are done, or how protective the packaging, being a physical item, there will always be a number in which issues arise, no matter how small.

When an issue does occur, whether due to a component that doesn't work as expected, damage from an exceptionally rough time in transit, or other industry-common causes, we stand behind each and every system we build. Our Friendly Computer Service Team is formed of highly-trained individuals who are eager and dedicated to making certain that every one of our customers has a positive experience with both their CybertronPC system and us as a company.

In addition, we believe that a customer investing in one of our systems is just the beginning. We make a commitment to service and to assist our customers for as long as they own their CybertronPC system. If it isn't already apparent, that it is a commitment that we take very, very seriously. This is why, in addition to the warranty, we offer Free Lifetime Technical Support. We stand by our customers when they get their CybertronPC system, and we stand by them after the warranty period is over.

As to the issue you encountered, based on your description, we believe we know what occurred.

We use an automated process to load Windows onto computers. Updates are applied to the installation of Windows used, from time to time.

For a period of approximately 4 days, this Windows installation could - in very rare instances, cause a looping issue after the final testing shutdown and during the initial boot after that.

As mentioned before, each of our systems is tested prior to shipping. This includes testing the Windows and driver installations on each system. The reasons this issue eluded us for 4 days, even with the extensive measures we have in place, are that not did it not occur on every system (the number was incredibly tiny), and the systems that did have the issue behaved normally during the testing process, up to and including final pre-shipping shutdown. There was simply nothing for us to see and catch. We became aware of this issue from those few customers that encountered it and contacted us.

Resolving the issue is swift and easy, and does not require sending the system in, nor any disassembly. It is a simple matter of issuing a command to Windows. The customers mentioned above were up and running 100% functional and issue-free systems, within about 3 minutes of talking with one of our Friendly Customer Service Team members.
