    This computer is a really good gaming comp. I received the computer and was having problems with windows 10 that was on the computer. I contacted cybertonPC and their techs were able to troubleshoot it over the phone and get it working perfect. I recommend any new pc gamers get this computer.

    Looks alone this seemed to be an impressive gaming box. But it was a dud right out of the box during the initial OOBE Windows 10 setup screens. There was no included recovery media to attempt repair. I took it back to the store and they would not fix it because of possible hardware issue and more trouble than it was worth waiting for parts. It was a special order so I got something else instead.

We're sorry to hear that you had issues with Windows 10 right out of the box, that's never the experience we want our customer's to have. These systems do not ship with Windows Recovery Media, because Microsoft has decided to go entirely digital with Windows 10.

    It might seem like a stretch at first being $570 but I'm in High School and this is a great computer for games like CSGO and you can upgrade it at anytime, it also allows me to complete all my homework and can handle heavy projects. This is a must buy for any incoming high schooler if you're on a budget. This is one of the best things for its price
